in my quest for as many emblems as possible (with the least amount of work) i tried submitting news links. i submitted two and i thought that would get me the emblem but it didn't. does n e 1 know why that is?

yeah i got the penny for my "contributions". but the other, which appeared today, is for the user link submission and it doesn't have a number required. i submitted two and it showed up.
