About a year ago I made several game purchases...Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, Killzone, and ATV Offroad Fury 4. These games were great at first, but soon I started to suffer from...boredom. The repetition of these games bore into my soul, the lag of Killzone dug into my heart, and the challenge of Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow racked my brains. Eventually after much suffering, I decided to trade these games in too...Gamespot...where I received about $10 total. I used this money to help buy Bomberman: Generation and Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. Both are good games, but yet now that I look back on it...was it worth it? My mind says no yet at that time my impulses said yes. With the games now gone and my heightened interest in PS2 online gaming...I wish for them back. My pulse shudders and I grow faint from the thought of my...trade-ins. While none of them were particularly outstanding games, they all had online (splinter cell only xlink now). Also while Killzone's lag and utter repetition almost killed me twice, yes twice...I now realize...it was all I every wanted. My whole life has just been existent for me to buy these three games and appreciate them for how they were...

Okay, it's really not that bad but I want those games back!

Maybe if I post them in this blog, I can pull them right off the screen...

Really, getting rid of killzone is a good thing. Compared to all the other shooters out on ps2 it is pretty mediocre. The single player was decent, but the online multiplayer is terrible. The game has way too many explosive weapons. Plus, everyone spawns with 3-4 grenades. In online matches you die like every 5 seconds from random explosions. IT is just stupid.

You should've tried selling them somewhere else in my opinion. $10 for all them? You practically gave GameStop a freebie right there. You could have sold them on eBay or Amazon and gotten a better gain. These were games that meant a lot to you and were probably kept in good condition (I assume). That value is too high to let GameStop play around with. Believe me, I learned that THE HARD WAY.

The lag at Killzone is really bad . I was like destroying my ps2 with punches every time i die from a random explosion.

Anyway how do u sell games at Gamespot ? o.O

There are and some other ps2 games that need to come back.I think the only solution is to put them in playstation 3 shop

-woonsa, splinter cell wasn't boring, I really meant the other 2 (especially atv offroad fury 4) but it was quite challenging and I'm never great at stealth games. -gilfordvgg, they allow you to trade-in games, just bring games to them and they will give you some money for it and sell it used. It isn't usually worth it though, they'll give you as little as they possibly can...those...stealers
