Man today was a great day! On my last blog I told you guys about the beaterator game that was on sale and I was picking it up the next day. Well you guys I got it!!! This game, I mean music creator is the bomb! I just created part of a song! It's easy to create your own song. You can either A: use premade samples or B: Create your own!!! No keyboard or anything needed. Justa headset (optional but I'd recommend it if you want to here your song more clearly) and your psp... and alot of battery life left because this game will definitely have you addicted.
It has the beats that you'd hear from your favorite (and not so favorite) artists!!! So now I have 2 music creating software. One I have at home which I haven't learned yet (totally anyways) but I'm working on it, and another that's portable. Yes when you look at it you may think that it's limited but you're wrong! Definitely a recommendable game (or music creating software) for the psp. The DS ONLY owners will definitely be hating on the psp for having this game on there.
If you like to create music then this is for you. I got my drum parts sounding like T-Pain and Florida's song called "Low". Seriously this will be the best $20 you'll spend in a while. Trust me. I heard that Timbaland used this game for his WHOLE NEXT ALBUM!!! That should tell you right there to go and get it. And you can also upload your own songs. Go out and get this thing whenever you can!
Today when I was in Best buy picking up my BEATERATOR game for my psp, I saw the DJ hero demo. There was these two guys and one you could definitely tell he was noob. He had the buttons on the right side of th disc instead on the inside. No wonder he missed so many notes. He hit a few but not many. So then his friend got on there and did it the proper way. He was waaay better than his friend. So after his friend finished and they left (this happened after the lady gave the game to me), I got on and started playing it.
I played the Rick James/ Gwen Stafani (or however you spell her name) mix- RJ/Give it to me baby vs GS/Holla back girl.
That mix was off the chain. I did pretty good. I missed some notes but I did pretty good. I don't know what difficulty it was on but it felt like medium. The cross fading I have to get practice.
When I finished that song, the game blew me away. I am now excited about getting that game. I was excited before but Now I'm even more excited. I played the original edition andIt's still awsome. I saw a different DJ Hero commercial and it had the Renegade Edition controller in it. It was the one with jayz and eminem. The 2CDs just includes songs from their past albums (and latest). They have a few in the game but not many. Both Renegade and Original Editions include the same about of PLAYABLE songs. It would've been cool if they had put jayz's "can I get a" song in the game (both that is. They don't have it in neither one of the games)to mix though.
I like that one.
I've heard some people say "the renegade controller works better than the one I played at the store". Listen, all the remotes won't feel the same. There is always going to be where Some Original Edition (OE) remotes will play better and smoother than the Renegade Edition (RE) and some of the RE controllers will play better than the OE. All the remotes won't play the same. And you've got to remember you're in a store. Probably alot of people have played on the thing. When I played the OE, it was smooth. Just because it's more expensive or it looks better doesn't mean all the expensive controllers will perform better than the Original remote Controller. The RE isn't even worth $200. I want the OE. I don't need all that other stuff that comes with it. Even if the RE comes with 2CDs, a convertible case, and a better looking turn table, it's still not worth the $200 in my opinion. Click here to see it.It seems to me that you pay extra for the few extra for the few turnable tweaks, the convertible case, and the 2CDs. I don't care how good (or overrated) singer, rapper, rock star, or whatever you are and how many hits that are on the CD, they still shouldn't charge a person an arm and a leg for it. ![]()
I finally saw the psp go in person OUT OF THE BOX. It looks cool but not for that price. I played with it for a sec then I went onto the DJ hero demo. The analog stick is smaller than the 3000. It looks stylish but so does the 3000. They both look great but that $250 go price is crazy.
Yes! Tonight I ordered Beaterator for my psp online. I go to pick it up tomorrow! Well pretty much today because it's 12:41am my time. I remember when my dad was driving us all home I was telling him about the game and I wanted to show it to him. I told him that I wanted to get it but because I was saving up for a 360 I wanted to check and see how much money I'd have left for if I bought it. I've seen it in stores for $39.99. But then because I have some money for my
xbox360 and some money I'm saving ( seperate savings), I was thinking that maybe I would still be ok.
So when I went on Bestbuy and I searched the game downstairs on my psp, I couldn't believe my eyes. I was like that song that I heard so much til I ended up liking it ( it was ok at first but then I ended up liking it which was "Sweet Dreams")but in my version: Somebody pinch me, that price is too good to be true.
It costs $19.99!!! That game just came out last month! I wonder how much it costs on PSN? It's probably still $39.99 which will suck for those psp GO! owners. UMDs kick butt. PERIOD.
My bad you guys, I forgot to write a game for GN for the Union. I've been busy for the past few days so that's why I haven't been on in a few days. I'm going to check out the union and then go to bed. Later.
