This year has been a fantastic year for gaming. With the likes of Uncharted 2, Batman AA, Killzone 2, Resident Evil 5, Street Fighter IV, Ghostbusters and a few more games that escape my mind. But there is one game that stands out from the rest and that is:

With a fantastic story, great gameplay, great character development, beautiful graphics and a solid online/co-op component. Uncharted 2 is undoubtedly the best game i have played in a long time. Naughty Dog really know how to improve a sequal.The only thing i cant forgive Naughty Dog for is the lack of Sullivan, that guy is awesome.

There are games i have yet to play: Borderlands, Infamous, Brutal Legend and Assassins Creed II. Cant wait to play them. So people what game has won your heart this year?

Ok i decided im going to keep a record of games i beat. Anyway onto Silent Hill Homecoming i started playing this game a few days ago on Hard mode and let me start by saying this was not easy and was seriously one of the hardest games i have completed this gen. Resources are incredibly low ( Ammo, Health, etc ) and enemies can kill you very easy. It can get that bad that you have to start the game again! and the save system did nothelp at all. I sometimes played for as long astwo hours without saving and if you die you would start at your last save. They did a fantastic job with the atmosphere and story. Now its not the best Silent Hill game but its certainly the hardest. I greatly enjoyed this game. ( all frustration aside ) I guess i should have started on Normal difficulty but i thought i would go with a big challenge and start right on Hard wasn't wise at all but its over now
