My copy of Beatmania IIDX 16 Empress finally arrived today. I bought the $200 version of the Limited Edition Set, which is the second most expensive option.
You can't really tell from the pictures, but the pins are really cute, and the boxes are shiny 
Ooooo. Before you comment, keep in mind that the game by itself is $90, and in my opinion the price tag is worth it

On another note, I also bought a Japanese Sega Saturn. I've been really wanting to play some old-school games. Also, I imported some SMT games not available anywhere outside of Japan, espcially Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers.
As for what I did for Halloween...well let's just say I stayed up till 7AM playing games, and that I only got 4 hours of sleep for Sunday

It was so silly looking that I had to get it. Oh and it talks when you sqeeze its hand. It says three different things:
"Any game with a chainsaw, just plain rocks"
"You know what's awesome? Explosions, that's what"
"______ is overrated" (couldn't figure out the first part)
Its voice is pretty creepy, I think I may have nightmares
And I did no homework this entire weekend. Mission accomplished! (although I will be so screwed tomorrow...)
