I GOT MY LICENSE TODAY!!!!


I AM SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW I AM LITERALLY JUMPING UP AND DOWN AND SCREAMING!!!! I even got to drive myself to and from school. Soooooo psyched right now...
 

Today started out just fine. We only had half a day of school. And I was very excited, because my dad was going to take me to the License Bureau to take the driving test to get my license. We went. I took it. And failed. All because of some rolling stops and curbphobia and not checking my mirrors. I seriously frickin hate Missouri driving. I've picked up a bunch of bad habits from my mom. Damn it. I want to take the test tomorrow before school (partly so I don't have to go there and say, "No, I failed the test." and be tempted to rip everyone's head off when they laugh at me.) but my dad and I looked at the new manual (revised as of September 06) and apparently now you HAVE to have your birth certificate to get your license. before, I don't think it was absoutely necessary to get your license. This absolutely SUCKS. My birth certificate is at the passport office so I can get a passport for my Australia trip and it won't be back for another MONTH!
