Well with the new year coems a new post.  I have finally started an exercise I feel I can stick with.  I have also started eating healthier.  My tv watching has gone down though so I haven't found any new fun shows that I like.  Work is insane but I survive.  Max (my cat) says meow (hi).  That's all for now.  Until next time.
