Gaming has been out of my life the last few months, owing to the fact i bought a new house and have been lucky in the ladies department.

But recently, after installing myself in m new castle, gaming has knocked on the door, making me pick up where i left :Civ 4. It's still one of the best games made in my opinion, but as a sat there, having just done a complete large-map-8-civ-epic-alloptions-no-hands-barred-and-do-it-all-in-one-sitting game i realised something : GAmes are getting old. I mean games aren't what they could be. That's always what i think when new gameconmsoles haven't come out in queit a while ( in '99 for example ).It has to do with the fact that. though PC preformance is always gradual and gets better al the time, consoles really take future's technology and put it in it's best suittd arena here in the present. And that's what it feels like to me right now : A waiting game for the PS3, because, even though the 360 is out, to be honest, when i saw it's graphic and audio preformance : I wasn't impressed. I felt like i was watching a powerfull pc stripped of windows and other tedious chores to do or load. That's not the futue gameconsole ladies and gentleman, no, the PS3 has my high hopes. THat baby is gonna show me the future of gaming the coming 5 years and i want to be part of it. When it releases you are usuauly a fool to buy it at it's premium release-price. Best to wait a year then buy it for almost half the price. Unfortunately, i am afraid i can not wait. Nope sit ,i want to see the future smell and hear what it is like. Now, all i have to do is wait....
