I hear ya. I stopped paying attention to Gamespot reviews, and even reviews in general. From time to time, I'll take a peek at IGN's or Gametrailers' reviews but only those two websites, no one else. I still think Jeff was one of the best reviewers. He was honest and that honesty pretty much layeth the smackdown on him and got him fired. Sure, he didnt need to blurt out cuss words but I know he did it in pure intention to great his message across that Gamespot was taking advertisement dollars to hype up crappy games or vice versa. That's the past so we want talk about that any more, although I just did. I only come here to gamespot.com for blogs, forums, and of course, friends. I like the page setup here. It's easy to navigate and it looks welcoming and cozy. It's more my style. But back to the reviews and what not, we cannot blame everyone at gamespot but just the big heads there. Whoever they are...

don't forget about matt rorie for guides, he was the BEST. as for the review, i keep trying to watch it, but always fall asleep as soon as that d-bag starts talking. you think that one's bad, though, check out the penny arcade game's review.

its sad really, this website use to be amoung the elite of game reviews and general gaming website, how far the mighty have fallen, i prefer gametrailers so much more now, the reviews are fantastic, very detailed and specific
