I'm not gonna cover this with icing or anything. I'm going to say this flat-out. Present day Nickelodeon shows SUCK. The only thing that I can "stand" is Spongebob SquarePants, and that can and will get heavily repetitive. I mean, a couple of months ago, I mianaged to catch the All That Reunion Special, and it made me long for old Nickelodeon shows. I mean, I was born eight years after Nickelodeon's launch. But, I remember watching shows like You Can't Do That on Television, Hey Dude!, and most of all, Double Dare. And, I mean, I was able to catch endless reruns of that show on Nick GaS. But, we have switched from Dish Network to DirecTV, and apparently, they don't carry that channel, so now my favorite shows are out of my hands.

My suggestion? Nick needs to launch a GaS-like channel which shows classic Nick Shows, like Dude, Television and even cartoons like Ren and Stimpy or Rocko's Modern Life. It's just one step closer to making Nickelodeon a decent channel again.
