I was discussing some of the best television shows that I have been interested in. I came up with a top 10.

10. Burn Notice

As one of the newer shows on television, Burn Notice hits the #10 spot on my list for the simple fact that it is pure entertainment. It has a great comedic structure to it and that characters are fantastic. It has just the right amount of action and mystery to get you hooked.

9. Angel

As a spin-off of one of the more popular shows on television of the 90s (Buffy The Vampire Slayer), Angel gets the #9 spot. It basically leaves you standing in the spot where Angel was when he left the original show. It's not as action-packed as Buffy the Vampire Slayer but it keeps you moving with the show.

8. House

Probably the best show on television in its first two years, House was forced to drop to the #8 spot. The first two seasons were tremendous and I was hooked, but once the newer characters started rolling in and taking over the main character spots of the original cast I lost interest.

7. CSI - Crime Scene Investigation

As the best CSI show on television of the series, it hits the #7 strong standing tall. This show is one of those shows where it gets you thinking along with the mystery, it's almost as if you want to find out who done it. It's definitely one of the more graphic of the shows in television.

6. Real World/Road Rules Challenge

If you take the crazy people from the show Real World and mix them with the crazy people from Road Rules, what do you get? You get a house full of athletic crazy people willing to do anything for a few bucks and a #6 spot on my list.

5. Law & Order - SVU

Another one that tops the cake at their series, this show digs deep into the mysteries of rape, murder, and the sense of life. It's a great show to get hooked on for anybody.

4. Grounded For Life

One of the best comedic shows on television, you can't get any better than two parents who were wild as teens trying to teach their kids the right ways to lead while still trying to hold their wild hearts in. Creates a great comedic show.

3. Buffy The Vampire Slayer

Probably my all-time favorite shows to ever hit the television screen, it gets my #3 spot and will hold it strong. It's spin-offs were not only good but the show didn't just go from one episode to the next with each episode being a new demon or problem to fight. The show was a long-running story which each shows running off of the previous one. It was action, mystery, and surreal packed greatness. Let's not forgot Angel and Spike being some of the better looking men on that show.

2. George Lopez

Who doesn't love George Lopez? That show is pure comedic greatness and I would change that. It has great life-learning lessons but the comedy is so strong that you can't get a better show.

1. Prison Break

The greatest show to ever hit television in the past 5 years, Prison Break gets my #1 spot. Not only do you get crime, mystery, suspense, a little comedy, a whole lot of action, and some of the best actors on television today all rolled into one? Only on this show could I find it! I am literally hooked.

NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Miami is just a little better than Vegas IMO. They both smash NY though. Challenges are hilarious. I haven't been able to watch the first two episodes of the Island yet but I've read summaries, I can't wait.

The new RW/RR Challenge isn't like all the other ones. It's only had elimination challenges but the entire show is a challenge itself. It's sort of like a mix of RW/RR Challenge and Survivor. But it's a hell of a show. You can actually watch the episodes online.

I'm too stupid to try to compile a list like this, but I'm pretty sure that Angel and Buffy would both be on mine. I love them both, but sometimes I think I actually liked Angel more than Buffy. Both those shows should still be on the air.

Enervator - Well they may be starting Buffy back up again, I wish they would.

I don't watch much TV now a days as I used to since I think the quality of all of television has pretty much degraded, but I respect your opinion for setting up a list like this.

I like George Lopez, however that probably has something to do with my Mexican roots. Either way, I would have probably put the WWE at the top of the list. Predictable, ain't I!

Hurricane - Yes, very predictable. I'll probably make another list down the line of shows that aren't sitcoms or running series. I have a bunch of those.
