Are you one of the many millions of people that watches Food Network and while watching the program, comes a blue banner taking 1/3 of the screen, with a message that reads:

"Food Network is changing Satellites. Cable providers must take immediate action, to avoid loss of signal."

What about it? It is so annoying! At least, the Cable and Satellite providers should be aware of that, but why taking 1/3 of the screen? They could use a ticker display, like CNN and FOX NEWS.
