I've been MIA for a couple of weeks. Life got in the way. I jumped in here and there to do my mod duties as much as possible, but the last few weeks have been the least I've been on GS in years. Of course it was a combo of many things. Sick twins, sick wife, sick me, work overload, and on and on. I also had way to much personal issues on my mind, and just couldn't find the heart to post a worthwhile post in any topic. Needless to say, things have sorted themselves out, as they usually do, and I'm happy to be haunting the forums again.

On other fronts, Batman AA is a great, great game. I got it for my son for his b-day as an afterthought, but tried it and am fully addicted. I wrote a full review if anyone wants to know more. Needless to say, almost all the way thru, I will be playing it again. My main sports love, college football, started again this week. I'm now in full blown happiness til January! And my Arkansas Razorbacks looked very impressive (against a lousy team) in their first game. Bring on Georgia in two weeks! Otherwise everything else is going well, after the funk I (we) just made it thru, I think we're going to have a great rest of the year at the Taylor house. Hope everyone is doing well, thanks for reading and take care.

Bryan

Sorry to hear about the family being sick. I've personally been bathing my hands in sanitizer since school began. And Arkham Asylum was phenomenal. I'm on my second play through.

Glad everything is going well. Batman: Arkham Asylum really is great. I've been working my way through Six Feet Under. I'm on the second episode of the forth season. I'll let you know when I'm finished. It's getting insanely depressing..

@Dark_Knight6: Is it as good the second time around
@sammyjenkis898: Yes SFU is depressing, and sadly it gets even more so, but you have to make it to the epic, phenomenal series finale! It's September, only a few more weeks til DEXTER!!!

Oddly enough, I just started watching Six Feet Under this morning. My mom claims it to be the best television show, ever.

sorry about that - I must wash my hands 50 times a day, you never know what you will pick up and where it comes from but I don't want to pass anything on.

Gamespot is supposedly a place where you come to relieve some of your stress.

If showing up here causes more then take a break.

thx for the review - I have been interested in AA.

I ordered Batman: AA and inFamous off amazon the other day -- should get them on the 12th. That's good things are getting back to normal for you.

Welcome back. My family got in contact with some kind of bug yesterday and we are all having to stay home today to visit the doctor. I'll pull for Arkansas till they play USC.

Nice to have you back. Illness is in the air of late it would appear. I played the Arkham Asylum demo, and it was pretty good. Which is surprising for a videogame based on a comic book, a nice surprise though.

Good to hear that things are going well for you, I really liked Arkham Asylum too and its one of my favorite games this year. Now, if you'll excuse me, I am off to rediscover the asylum once again.

I know! I can't wait!

There's supposed to be something hugely shocking at the end of this season, so..

Glad you've all recovered. I agree Batman AA is a great game.

I hate it when Life gets in the way of things. How does that even happen? (Allowing Life to get in the way, I mean.) It's a decidedly mediocre experience, in my own humble opinion... nowhere near as good as Stratego.

Glad the funk is over with....and wow, the Razorbacks! Reminds me of a sweatshirt my sister brought back from Arkansas when I was a kid.

Well, glad you are still alive and kicking... but really... is Batman that good of a game? I am hearing so much about it.

Glad you're back. I hope you and your family are well.
