Here's my very unprofessional review (i.e. b!tch session) about Buffy: Chaos Bleeds: It bites.

The big one.

Camera angles, and your character's ability to see are seriously hampered. Lots of glitches, especially you moving in slow motion at random times in random spots. Bad guys can keep hurting you but your character is slow to respond to your button-pushing commands (especially Xander, that dumb a$$). Oh yeah, and for really stupid ideas, you are immediately thrown into a fight at the beginning of every level yet you are completely unarmed until you find a weapon (which the game may not even let you use, like the holy water or hell fire vials).

This game plays completely differently from the original Buffy game that it makes me wonder if they're even by the same company. If they are, they had two different designers/ designing teams for them, who apparently all hated each other.

Good times. Just not with this stupid game.

Oh yeah, and you don't get to pick a difficulty level (as in the original), so I feel like I'm constantly getting my a$$ kicked. Considering I'm not some 14-year old gamer who plays these things daily, I'm probably getting my a$$ kicked b/c the game isn't the only one that sucks. Which is very stressful, not stress relieving (as in the case of Jade Empire and even the original Buffy game).

Now I just have to decide if I'm going to go finish it...

Here it is, Day 2, of my new secret identity, and I'm already logging on. Again. Have to update my icon pic. Have to load more of my PC games into the collection. Have to add games to the Wish List. Then I can go slay more vampires as Buffy.

Completely addicted, and I blame you, Steph. Not all the alcohol we had the day I bought the 360, or the fact that it was St. Patrick's Day (a BIG holiday for us).
