10. Time After Time
This Episode Featured Izzie's Daughter Comming to thehospital and Izzie giving her bone marrow to help her. Also Christina becomes a"Girly Girl"to drive Marlow away. And I loved the last scene withAddison and Webber dancing in the bar.
9: The Other Side Of This Life: Parts One And Two
Addison goes for a well needed trip to California to see an old friend and experience life outside of Seattle Grace. Merideth's Step Mom Susan comes in with a false case of the hiccups which causes her to have an infection which leads to her death. Thatch then slaps Merideth due to his great trust in her to save Susan.
8: Time Has Come Today (season 3 opener)
Merideth runs from her decision of Finn or Derek. Everyone tries to cheer up Izzie after Denny's death.And George and Derek get stuck at work with the threat of the plague. This episode also showed some flashback from some very important moments that we haven't seen.
7: Sometimes A Fantasy
Merideth struggles with her decsion between Finn or Derek and goes on dates with both of them. But each date is interupted by the rival at some point. Alex treats a young girl who thinks she is indestuctable.
6: Walk On Water:
The ferry boat accident 3 episode arc starts with the hospital learning of the tradgedy and the interns are sent to help. Izzie must help a man stuck under a car and George is stuck with a women looking for her son while Alex rescues a women trapped under a pylon who happens to be carrying a baby. Merideth is pushed of the dock by a patient.
5: Some Kind of Miracle
The 3 part arc ends with the question if Merideth will die as everyone copes with the possibility she will pass. Merideth is stuck in the afterlife with Dylan (the bomb squad guy), Bonnie (girl with the pole stuck through her), Liz Fallon (Ellis Grey's Scrub nurse) and Denny. As Denny and the others struggle to keep her from going to the light Merideth's mother enters the afterlife to tell Merideth she should keep fighting. Merideth then fights and after one more try from her docters she lives.
4: Where The Boy's Are
The men of Seattle Grace go on a Camping Trip. Addison and Callie work on a Mother who unborn child had died in a terrible accident. Merideth works with Mark on a case like she's never seen.
3: Wishin' and Hopin'
A women with toxic blood sends the hospital into a major scare. The attending's get hit hard by the blood. The interns help save the day. Also Merideths mother becomes lucid but says somethings to drive Merideth to some angry words. An outstanding performance by Ellen Pompeo.
2: From a Whisper to a Scream
Outstanding performance by Sandra Oh. Christina tells the Chief about Burke's hand. And we see the start of the Addisex ship. George begins to reconsider having Burke as the surgeon for his dads surgery. He picks Erica Hahn.
1: Drowning On Dry Land
By far the best episode of the season. Great performances by the cast. These kind of episodes is what makes Grey's Anatomy one of the greatest show ever.
