I finally get the call the my Xbox 360 is back in from repair. Great! Except for it's not repaired. When I brought it home, I was like "Yes, just in time for Gears." When I turned it on, green lights. More good signs. Then things took a turn for the worse.

I loaded up some PDZ to try out new maps. 30 seconds into a map, game freezes. Well ok, maybe it was just this once. Reboot, and reload. Same thing happens abotu 20 seconds in. Now I'm getting p*ss*d.

I try other games. Same things. Then finally 3 red lights come on. Great, so my "repaired console" is broken again. So I turn it off. Try to turn it on again, and it turns on.

It seems to only freeze during games about 30 seconds into a "game" (like a race in RR6 or a map in PDZ). Futureshop will STILL not replace it. They're like "We will send it in for repair again" So another 30 days. I mean, if their other repair can't last 5 minutes, what is this one gonna last? I'll talk to the manager. See if I can't get a replacement. I'll keep you posted.

Update: It does not freeze all the time it seems. It has lasted 2 hoursw without freezing, and sometimes it lasts 1 minute. It's finicky. Going to ship it back on Monday. Hopeful I can get some Gears in

Update #2: Well it seems that I can hardly get any Gears in. Lasts about 5 min before freezing

Update #3: Seems to be working alright for now. No freezing today and I played for awhile. Good sign

Update #4: Xbox going back to Futureshop tommorrow (12th). Continues to freeze. Gonna miss the GeOW tourny

Update #5: It seems if it doesn't freeze within the first 5 min or so its okay. Parents said I can keep it till Tuesday. GeOW tourny here I come

Update #6: Yeah it's dead. 3 red lights now almost everytime, or else a game freezes/boot up freezes. 2 min to the tourny Going back today. Onr more month

Finall Futureshop calls me to say my 360 will be back in 5-6 days. I dunno is it's repaired or refurbished. Either way, I'm gonna get the MS extended warranty this time. Only a 1 week turnaround I hear

Anyways, I my copy of GeOW will arrive at the same time! So much to download first though! See you guys online
