DS game #33: N+
Today, i went on a trip to get some books and tech stuff for school, and while i was out breaking the bank, i decided to shell out for N+. I love the original, free flash game, and the DS release is not one i would miss. I plan on playing this all the time, especially in between classes at school. N+ is a game i could very well review after i'm finished with it. At only $20 brand new, the amount of content you're getting is a steal, and there is much value to the title, as you'll be spending many frustrated hours trying to complete some of the levels. Very well spent $20.

I got my final paycheque from work in the mail today, and after depositing it in the bank, i decided to do a little shopping. Got headphones, preordered and paid for Spore, and then i popped into The Source by Circuit City (formerly RadioShack) and looked through their PC games. They had recently marked their PC games to either $0.96 or $4.96, and Call of Duty was one of the $4.96 titles.

I had previously played the demo here on GameSpot, and i finally own a copy. It's the "Game of the Year" edition, too, but i'm not sure what difference that makes. I'm looking forward to beginning the 24 missions included.

Today, after nearly three years on the same plan with the same phone, i've got a new one. I'm paying my own bill, too. The phone is a black Samsung U410, and my provider is Koodo Mobile, costing me roughly $34 a month. I didn't pay a dime to get the phone today, and my plan is pretty awesome. Unlimited text and picture messaging, evenings and weekends free past 7pm.

And today was also orientation at St. Clair College, where i'll be pursuing journalism. I met some cool people, one of which i share all my first semester with. I get my press pass next week, and i'm really excited to start on tuesday. My schedule for college is this:

Monday: 8am - noon, 1pm - 3pm
Tuesday: 2pm - 5pm
Wednesday: 10am - 11am, noon - 5pm
Thursday: 9am - 1pm, 3pm - 6pm
Friday: nothing!

Note: I didn't separate the individual clas'ses, i only stated the blocks of time where i have clas'ses. There are some separate clas'ses on monday mornings and wednesday afternoons, but it wasn't worth complicating things.
