Well Hello all! I figured it was about time I updated this thing! lol It has been a busy summer and I haven't been around much. Apologies to anyone that I have inadvertently ignored! I took the summer off and I was so lazy, spent most of it reading! It was awesome. Of course it went too fast and now the kids are back to school and I'm back to work(yuck). As lazy as I was, it still was very busy with taking kids to work and camping and still doing those reno's(omg can you believe that)! My son got his drivers licsence and his first car! Then he totaled the car a week later. Makes you wonder why they give these stupid kids licsences! BTW he is fine. The car isn't.

Little over a month to go for the new season! Yipee! I can't wait. I am quite excited to see where they go this season and I am curious to see how the new chickies work out. The sides that everyone has posted look pretty good. Oh and a week to go til the S2 dvd. I can't wait to watch without all those annoying commercials and the stupid crap that's dancing across the bottom of the screen.

Back to the reading thing I've been reading a series that was reccomended somewhere. I think you guys might like it. There are alot of parrallels to SN, which was the main attraction! The books are by Rob Thurman and the first one is called Nightlife, Moonshine is the second and the third isn't out til next spring, unfortunately. They're full of that sarcastic humour that I love on SN so much and they are about two brothers, one being part monsterand his older protectivebrother that looks out for him. Now you see where the similarities are. I won't say too much in case you wanna check em out. Don't want to wreck anything for you. lol

So that's my summer in a nutshell hopefully in the next few weeks once things settle again I'll get to hang out with you guys again.

 Ok.. I feel like I am giving an oscar speech here but here goes....Wow, I can't believe that I'm almost at my 1000th post!! I would have never gotten this far if this wasn't such a great forum..with some of the nicest people that you can meet. I would like to thank the academy.... just kidding!

 We are down to the last 4 episodes and as excited as I am to finally have Supernatural back on I am also a little sad that it's almost over. It would help alot if we didn't have to wait til the very last episode to find out if it's been renewed. That is just the cruelest punishment...not only do we have to deal with the uncertainty of the show not returning but we have to deal with the season finale and for all you all on the evil thread you know what I'm talking about!!!

 Oh my gosh guys!!!!! I'm going to see Blue October in concert!!!! Can you believe it ?!! My sweety pie bought tickets and suprised me with them!!! I am so excited I can hardly stand it!!!
 The countdown begins... they are in Edmonton on the 9th!! Oooh not only a concert but a trip to the city as well!! Now I am totally spoiled!
