I have not seen all or most of Jason's work, but what I have seen I like. I first saw him on Boy Meets World. Well, to be honest, I probably first saw him on Full House, but he was only on there for three episodes and I don't remember it (in original run), so I'll go with BMW. Anyway, I first saw him on Boy Meets World. He was great. He was funny. I was upset when he left Boy Meets World, but then he landed a role on Step by Step and it worked. He's a funny guy and he plays those roles so well. Its as if the roles he's played, Jason on Boy Meets World and Rich on Step by Step were tailored for him. I don't think anyone else would've brought justice to those roles.
He's great with voice over roles. I've heard him on Gummi Bears; as Max (on many Disney shows/movies), Goofy's son; and my favorite as Tino on the Weekenders. He's really got a great voice and a great attitude for voice over work.

Your typical Disney star--she can sing, she can act, but, oh, wait, she's not blonde. Her alter ego, Hannah Montana, is, though. Miley Cyrus is a true beauty. She's a naturally pretty girl who can sing and act. She's got herself a show on the Disney Channel as a famous popstar, so she gets to show off her vocals each week. How does Miss Miley differ from other female Disney stars? She's got talent. Sure, you see former Disney stars out there, but they're riding mostly on the fame they created while being on Disney. Miley is creating fame, but she could do it without Disney.
Is she riding on her family's name? I can't help but say that maybe she did get a boost from it, but I don't think the pre-teen girls who watch "Hannah Montana" like her or wanted to watch the show because her dad is Billy Ray Cyrus. Did she get the job because of her dad? I can't say I know, but I get the feeling that her dad got the job because of his daughter.

Sarah Lancaster has improved as she's gotten older. Her first tv show of importance was Saved by the Bell: The New Class. This was a teen Saturday morning show. It didn't need great actors to survive. Later on, she was found on the teen drama, Everwood. Her acting had improved since SBTB and the level of the show she was on had, too. Now, she is on the show What About Brian and from what I've heard it is a good show. Sarah Lancaster is moving up in the world. For Sarah fans, that's a good thing! It is my opinion the she is here to stay.

She's not a great singer and I don't really see her taking that too far outside of Disney's realm, but she is good enough to entertain the Disney audience. She sings well enough to be cast in Disney musicals.
She's a good actress and she seems cute. You can only tell so much from what you see on TV, but I don't see her as being a Hilary Duff. She participated in the Disney Channel Games and did not appear to be acting. She did appear sincere. She was picked to answer trivia questions and she claimed it was her forte, because she watched the Disney Channel all the time. It just appears that she is the sweet girl that you see on TV.
