Naruto shippuden ultimate ninja 4

Naruto shippuden is a great series. i watched episodes 1-17 since thats what the game goes to. why does it have to be on ps2 and only go to ep 1-17. i had a ps2 but it broked. since thats what it was on in japan. Can any1 tell me if Ultimate ninja 5 is gona b on ps2 cuz if it is i have 2 fix it but i dont know where???
