I am now playing GTA IV 
, and you gotta help me out, especially VercettiTommyy, who is also playing it on PC. I need to know how to get on a ladder. I got on one, mistakenly, and I still don't know how 
. Please help!

yeah, i had the same problem. stand near in front of the ladder & press F ,or the key with which you get into cars. hope it works .tell me what you think about GTA IV

how do i get microsoft points without having to buy them? can anyone help me?

You either buy the points through LIVE with a credit card or buy card points cards from shops, well you do with XBox LIVE anyway I don't know about LIVE for Windows. From what i've seen of LIVE for Windows it's seriously lacking on features and i've not noticed a place for points or anything like that, maybe it's because i've got silver installed on the PC.
