For a longer time I have been asking myself this question... OK, now here's the whole story. About your level percentage, in everybody's profile I can see like 54. 43% or 89. 84%... well in my case I see 54% and 90%, I only saw once that I have 76. something% and never again. Now, do you have the same problem or can you see your whole percentage, or maybe I always have some number. 00% I don't know, but this is very weird.
