I just started watching Doctor Who from the beginning of the ninth doctor series with billie piper. And i gotta tell you, i'm not hating it. Every now and then i used to flick past the old-school reruns of the show and i could just never get into them. This lack of enthusiasm scared me away from the more recent series. What got me into it was the arrival of Torchwood on Aust screens. I started talking about it with a work friend and he told me that i should get into DW to fully understand what's going on. I was hesitant, but he lent me his copy and i began watching them the other day. Im enjoying them immensely. However, at the end of each ep, there is a preview of the next one. They should fire the guy who edits these together. They put me off the next episode, but when i finally get around to watching the ep, i realise that it is much better than the preview suggests. I realise that it must be a difficult task to summarise the episode in a short preview, but this guy is definitely doing something wrong.

I got to go add some shows to my favourites list.
