So most of us if not all watched the conferences the last two days, some were surprised and shocked and other were mad, and some well they feel asleep lol. Personally Microsoft did good I was very pleased when they showed Alan Wake and it looked great, now I can't wait after seeing it. We all got to see Halo: ODST which looked really good imo, and then they even announced another Halo games, so now all the freaks can go crazy once more. The new Splinter Cell looks really promising also, I've always been a fan of the series so I can't wait for this. Other than that I was actually surprised to see a new Left 4 Dead, seems like not to long ago we got the first game, but hey who don't love killing zombies.
Nintendo I ain't got a Wii or DS so I wasn't going into this one looking for a lot, what did I get nothing really lol. Really the only reason I watched it is because my brother has it and well I want to see what he might be getting later on. I mostly got bored through this one, we got some new Mario which was a big surprise, imo we need more Luigi yea that's right the other brother. But there's a new Metroid Prime, which a lot of people liked and I can see which its a great series, I was hoping for another Zelda game but I didn't see it. I was also hoping that they would at least show a little something on Silent Hill: Shattered Memories but I didn't get that either.
Sony was the one that I was really looking forward to and well they gave me all that I want and then some, the first part I got bored with but then later it picked up for me. Is anyone else a big fan of Gran Turismo? Lol I don't know if I spelled that right, but I've never really followed it. Not only do we get Final Fantasy XIII, but they already announced XIV also, that was probably the biggest shock for me. Then the big daddy lol God of War 3 yea it looks awesome, and I'm for sure al ready going to get it. Rockstar also announced a new game just for PS3, which excites me because I've always been a Rockstar nut lol.
I know there's so many more games but I just felt like writeing something since everyone else is I felt kind of left out lol. But there it is did you get what you wanted? Or was there something else that you wanted to see?

It's not metroid prime the trilogy ended it's just another metroid game 
sorry for the correcting, just wanted to let you know. I was also hoping for some word on zelda and pikmin 3 but oh well I'll take mario and metroid. XIV wtf come on Square get XIII out, and it's another online game 
As for microsoft L4D 2 and Crackdown 2 got me excited especially the latter.

I'm really happy with this year's E3. I'm a big Xbox fan and for me Microsoft delivered on both software lineup and some pretty exciting hardware solutions, and yeah I'm talking about Project Natal and Lionhead's Milo. Highly anticipated games like Alan Wake or FFXIII were there and of course some shocking announcements like MGS: Rising appears when I just lost hope for a 360 MGS game. L4D2 was a very nice surprise however I'd prefer any kind of news about HL2: Episode Three, and I mean anything, hey Valve, you listening: a-n-y-t-h-i-n-g? I didn't watch Nintendo but they had nothing amazing that would interest me, though now I watched trailers for "Professor Layton and Diabolical Box", "Zelda: Spirit Tracks" and new Kingdom Hearts and they all look awesome. Sony was predictable, not only because they announced new PSP. It's like hey there's PSP Go, oh you already know this, dammit. But Sony is still saying the same things over and over again. PS2 outsells everything. Well, that's cool but what does it say about PS3? They announced some pretty interesting titles for PSP which is very cool, but the best part of conference for me was live demo of "Assassin's Creed II", oh God I want this game

I also watched live streams of EA's and Ubisoft's conferences. Ubisoft was a bore, the only part I remember was Cameron speaking about Avatar which was interesting as this is a very exciting project but hey, it's a gaming convention, I want to hear about games. The other good thing about Ubi were AC2 cinematic and Red Steel 2 demo which was hilarious because of the commentary by developer "Roman, rrrrreal combat!" ;D
EA's conference was much better. It was short but solid. I'll just say that BioWare stole it obviously. First with two awesome trailers for "Mass Effect 2" and glorious "Dragon Age: Origins" and second they concluded conference with awesomeness of the awesome which was the masterpiece cinematic for "The Old Republic".
Overall I'm very happy with the whole show. Cheers

I got way more then I wanted from MS and Sony. (Not complaining though. IT WAS AWESOME!!!
From Nintendo however...I did not...I wanted to see them be gone forever. But I did see them Fail their conference! So thats a thumbs up!

I'm still touched by the Last Guardian trailer, beautiful. Shadow of the Colossus was a beautiful game to play. You felt extremely attached to the Wanderer and Agro, more so than any other game I think I've played. Will be buying a PS3 purely to play the Last Guardian (along with God of War 3!)

@Minishdriveby Lol thanks for correcting me, I ain't played many of the Metroid Prime games so I'm not familiar or a big fan of it. XIV can't believe it's another mmo, I didn't even play FF11 because of this but I might this time.

A new Zelda game will be in 10. So far I've been surprised, but not much been capturing my interest except Halo reach and the ODST.

you had my attention when you said alan wake. this game looks great. i wasn't watching live because i had stuff to do but i did watch the whole thing later. i think halo 3 odst is going to be the greatest thing since sliced bread. really i do. i am not a big nintendo fan but in case you missed the ea press conference, they are making a bunch of new games for the wii. and i love gran tourismo!! i got GT3 a-spec and GT4 for my ps2!!!

I still haven't gotten around to watching any of the conferences...too busy with exams. Though I did take a few minutes out of my studying to check out Assassins Creed 2, Modern Warfare 2 and Splinter Cell Conviction...those games seems to be shaping up good. I'll have to check out the conferences in a week or two when I've got time

I thought the new Splinter Cell looked really good, I'm also a big fan. The original and Pandora's were the best to me. I played Double Agent but I think by making it kinda free roam it didn't work as well. But I'm genuinely excited for the new one. Also can't wait for FF13, GoW3, MW2.

@SquareEnixFan13 Yea it's an MMO just like 11 was and I didn't play that one, and to be honest I really don't know about this one. I guess I'll just wait until next year and find out.

@Fishbrain8 When you get time to check them out you'll most likely enjoy them, they showed some pretty good demos especially of Uncharted 2, and God of War 3. There's also plenty more besides them to, hope your exams go well for you.

@Agent_Breadcrum Lol bro we got a lot of things in common that we both really like. But the new Splinter Cell looks fabulous, did you get to see the demo of it? If not you need to check it which I'm sure you did.

We do man, Yeah I saw the E3 demo, everything looks 100x better, the graphics, the gameplay, the way the narrative is blended in with the gameplay looks awesome. I'm really lookin forward to seeing more from Fisher!

I didn't see much of the SONY one,but Uncharted 2 looks incredible,and I've seen a demo of GoW3 and it looks amazing too and I can't wait for FFXIII,the new Ratchet game,White Knight Chronicles etc.

@lilasianwonder I played Hl2 not long ago its a great game that I got back to often it seems. Have you played the other episodes? If not you should check them out.

I did. Got a lot more footage of God of War III. Plus Microsoft showed me that they have a very strong lineup for the next year. I was excited by that the most. I was pleasantly surprised by Forza Motorsport 3.

Alan Wake did impress me a lot, Bigd. I'm glad I'll be able to play it on the PC as well. If it were a XBOX exclusive I'd be sad
I hope FFXIII, which will also get a PC release, does a better job than FFXII and add more spell effects, summons and characters older than 15.

this year E3 show was great, I'm so hyped for so many games

I got what I wanted in that this was a return to form for E3.
What I didn't get was that there was still no mention of a new Twisted Metal. Jaffe confirmed back in 2008 (when people deciphered the code in the TM Head-On port) that there will be a new Twisted Metal for PS3.
Since then, not a peep. I know God of War 3 still needs to get out the door but, at this point, I'm beginning to think that he was just yanking our chain or trying to get more people to buy a PS3.
