...no, not a reference to Third Eye Blind...
Today I received news that GameSpot is seriously-considering and quite-possibly working-towards improving Unions' capabilities and flexibility.
This is encouraging news to say the least. I hope they can follow-through with what has been said!
I feel I owe it to GameSpot to state this, since I'm using their webspace to 'vent' about them in my previous Journal entry.
This Journal Entry, as any other Journal Entry in bhame's world is not sanctioned by MPCEH or MPCEU.

By and large we don't consider ourselves in MPCEH uber-leet, although it is understandable how such a stigma exists...and admittedly a few members would like to think this which, to me, is unfortunate.
MPCEH Primer:
Last summer, a *LOT* of us got fed-up with PCHW. All the "LMFAO u r such a newb, hehe, ROFL LOL!!!!
" crap, all the trolling crap...it was too much. You got to the point where you wanted to split from GameSpot...but half the users were great, so you didn't want to leave their expertise, etc. either. GameSpot has not the time or desire to properly-MODerate PCHW, I'm not sure which. So after some debate MOLTOX made a UCB, since he's a Complete Member - and all who wished to join could by PM'ing him and becomging 'Friends' with him. After a week or two we closed it off. Every 3 or 6 months we have a weeklong (sometimes slightly-longer) open house to allow others to see if they want in, and for us to see if they can conduct themselves in a forum appropriately. We have our own ToS in addition to GS' ToS to further-stem and eradicate problems to keep a clean, healthy forum life.
So yes, one could interpret this as "a bunch of guys who think they're better than everyone else" or one could simply read the first 3 threads in PCHW at any given moment and understand that we're a bunch of guys who simply want a *working* forum without hassle.
I mean, hey, sometimes some of us are never 100%-sure why we're Complete Members...
If you wish to join, PM MOLTOX and ask when he plans on the next open house, as they're not run on a tight schedule.
