I'm keeping my GUFU sig but I also like to show that I actually own the systems I talk about and not just talk out of my *** like some people on certain forums. So here is my PSN:
And my XBL:
It's been awhile since I've frequneted GS. Not too much time for games, and my Xbox finally kicked the bucket after 3.5 years of loyal service (and only 1 RRoD, which is good by 360 standards, which is sad). If the Elite drops to $299, I'll get one in Sept. as the PS3, as much as I love it, still doesn't have the catalog to make me a one console kind of guy.
-Speaking of that, I guess I should eat major crow as I was one of many who thought the Slim PS3 was a lie. It'll move units for a couple months, maybe even through the rest of 09. I see it outselling the 360 at least in 1 of those months, the Wii? Not so much. That will make the NPD threads in SW full of hilarity as the Cows who "don't care about sales" will come in droves to gloat on the Lems who laugh at them every month when PS3 sales barely beat or get beaten by its older brother, PS2.
-Being away from here throws you off the loop completely game wise. I thought Batman: AA got pushed back to year's end, now I hear it's out Tues.? WTF?! And MS announced Fable 3? And there's going to be more L4D DLC?! I need a late pass. Other than that, it looks like the same grind in these parts. Fanboys still trolling, spewing nonsense that they actually believe to be truth, etc. Mods still trigger happy. I can't lie...............I missed this place.

It's safe to say that 2009>>>>>2008 from a games standpoint for me. Here my list of games that I'll be buying or renting from now until the end of the year.
*List assumes that no games will be pushed back or cancelled.
360
Madden 10
NCAA Football 10
Tiger Woods 10
FNR4 (hoping that they fixed the issues found in the demo)
Prototype (Rent)
UFC Undisputed (I'm a bit behind on this one, picking it up Friday)
Splinter Cell Conviction
Assassins Creed 2
PS3
MAG (despite what people think, I'm getting positive vibes from this title)
Uncharted 2
Batman: AA (Rent most likely)
DS
Scribblenauts
One game I think I'll leave off the list is L4D2. Based on what I've seen and read, it just simply doesn't earn a purchase. Valve definitely fumbled on this, as those campaigns could have easily been added as DLC for the 1st one, giving L4D a total of 9, which would have made the game undoubtedly awesome. But instead we get some rush to strike while the iron is hot and end up with teh lameness. Oh well. Hopefully the gaming gods have given everybody something to look forward to. Out.
