I would like to ask that all of my fellow tv.com friends check out and give props to Beyti's new store.

I would like to start off this blog by letting everyone know my oldest daughter gave birth to a 8lb 9 oz baby boy over the weekend and he has a head full of black hair and is adorable. I will put up some pictures later. I want to get some where you can really see him and it will be the weekend before I get back up to where she lives. Welcome Austin Harrison Williams Strickland to this crazy world.

I would also like to say that I cannot believe they are letting Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton go on One Tree Hill and I think that is just a bad move on whoever came up with that decision. I will finish watching Season 6 and will not return after that.

I just finished watching Saving Grace and I really enjoy this show. Holly Hunter is a great actress and can pull off any wardrobe. Also would like to give props to the show Damages and although it started out slow I have come to really enjoy the show

I would like to start out by saying that it was a tragedy to lose Natasha Richardson and my heart goes out to her family. She was a wonderful actress and from what I have read a really great person.

Music

I would like to suggest a new artist if anyone gets the chance to check his myspace page. His name is Steve Means and he has not been signed yet but I really enjoyed his music. You can download some of his music for free by going to his myspace page. I hope that someone will sign him so that he can get out and make fans happy.

Television

I just finished watching Supernatural and it was great. I love this show but sometimes it makes you think about things like the end of time and all the tragedy going on in the world. I also would like to say that I am coming along with catching up on Lost. I am only in Season 2 but I just have to bide my time because I want to know everything I can regarding the characters so I will not skip ahead. I really enjoyed watching Law & Order SVU on Tuesday although I did not get to watch it until last night. Carol Burnett is still going strong after all of these years. She did a great job portraying the character.

Family

My oldest daughter's due date is tomorrow for her second child which happens to be a boy and she already has the apple of our family's eye Miss Alyssa Bailey who will be three in August. I am eager to meet this new life that is sure to be a charming young prince. I do feel like I am getting old although I will not knock this, because at least I can do more with them now than when I am older ( I think) My other two children are almost 17 (Sammy) and Kelli will be turning 14 in May so my young children are growing up to fast for me but alas that is life and I will just have to deal with it. My youngest daughter is a handful and I want to lock her up until she is eighteen but I think it is against the law so I will not do that. I have to watch her more closely now than when she was three.

Job Hunt

I went for an interview for a job today and I will be starting on Monday. The kicker to this story is the Regional Vice President of this company found me through my resume which I have recently updated and posted on a different site that I have not used. He called me the afternoon after I had posted it just that morning. I need all the prayers and luck that anyone can send me because we have about tapped out our savings on just regular monthly expenses. I am doing a whole new career change and I am excited and nervous at the same time. Maybe this is going to be life changing in a good way. I am sure you all have read better blogs but this was something I wanted to post and to anyone that reads this I hope my life does not sound as boring to you as it does to me but after the year I had last year boring is good.
