I have recently come across a site that lists hundreds of strange phobias (cleverly named phobialist.com), and some of them gave me quite a laugh. So, I'm gonna stray away from my usual blogs, and just list some funny ones that I found.

Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia- Fear of long words.
Aphenphosmphobia- Fear of being touched.
Arachibutyrophobia- Fear of peanut butter sticking to roof of mouth.
Aulophobia- Fear of flutes.
Chrometophobia- Fear of money.
Cibophobia- Fear of food.
Dipsophobia- Fear of drinking.
Ecophobia- Fear of home.
Geliophobia- Fear of laughter.
Kathisophobia- Fear of sitting down.
Metallophobia- Fear of metal.
Nomatophobia- Fear of names.
Optophobia- Fear of opening one's eyes.
Phengophobia- Fear of daylight or sunshine.
Phobophobia- Fear of fears.
Phronemophobia- Fear of thinking.
Technophobia- Fear of technology.
Verbophobia- Fear of words.

And finally... Zemmiphobia- Fear of the mole rat.

QUESTION TO ANSWER: Do you consider yourself any of these?

I actually would be a bit phengophobic.
