Unfortuantly there has been no response from fhelvie for charter member of The Adeptus Astartes Union. If he does not respond soon we will have to wait 30 days until i can try to make a new one.

Thats what it said, if 4 people do not respond within 7 days you will have to start over and you can only make a union every 30 days.
