The Challenge: Pick any 5 memorable aspects from any TV show over the last year (memorable aspects can be characters, moments, episodes, relationships etc!)

I've tried to put a bit of variety in here, these aren't my top 5, it'd be too hard to do that so these are just the first 5 I thought of, as a word of warning, obviously as this whole blog is about moments from the last season of whatever show I'm talking about - it's probably best to avoid reading about any show you haven't seen yet so as to avoid spoilers!

Character: Alpha, Dollhouse

So one of my favourite new characters in TV this last season was Alpha from Dollhouse, without question. The threat of Alpha was my favourite story of Dollhouse, I haven't been Dollhouse's biggest fan, I mostly just enjoyed rather than loved it - but I always liked the idea of Alpha. Then Alan Tudyk came into an episode and I was really happy as he was playing the quirky funny type character I expected of him... needless to say that didn't last! I was shocked when he was Alpha (not sure if I was the only one and everybody else expected it!); but I loved him, he was creepy, and menacing...but still had funny lines. I think the best part of the Alpha character is it wasn't what I was expecting yet it worked so well, and Alan Tudyk is such an underrated actor... I have to say I loved Dollhouse just for him in the last 2 episodes - for me he was the best aspect of the show (which I'm sure many will disagree with!). But yeah - can you tell, I loved Alpha?! Not sure if I was too subtle...

Entrance: Castiel, Supernatural (1min 20 sec is where it kicks off for me!)

One of my favourite entrances in the last year of TV was Castiel's in Supernatural, I mean wow! I loved the idea of bringing in the Angel storyline, although I definitely remember thinking those wings don't look so angelic! I'm not sure what other people think of Castiel in general, he's ok for me (I still watch it for the brothers, and the brothers alone!) - but I loved his big entrance scene. Awesome TV! I couldn't look away and I remembered it first for this challenge despite it being the very first episode of the last Supernatural season - which is a sign that it was a great TV moment for me!

Finale: Chuck

I loved Chuck this season, much more so than season 1. There were so many moments in the last few episodes that were brilliant - I narrowed it down to just 3 moments in the last episode, which were Jeffster, Casey coming to the rescue and of course, Kung Fu Chuck! So this favourite really just refers to the Chuck finale; I think it was one of my favourite finales across all the shows I watch - it had so many funny moments, and dramatic moments - awesome! Although have to say, I was half expecting Kung Fu Chuck... but that still didn't quite prepare for the true wonder that was that finale... "Chuck Me" indeed !!

Storyline: Consequences of Vicodin, House

This storyline was amazing, great TV. Personally for me House just got fantastic towards the end of this season (not sure if that's a popular opinion or not); having also seen the Grey's Anatomy version of "hallucinations", I can say without a doubt that House is so so much better! I loved the progression of this storyline through the episodes and have to say all my pictures refer to House's realization that he hadn't kicked the habit and been with Cuddy - and I just loved and hated that moment all at the same time. I was absolutely surprised, but loved it, all building up to another brilliant finale... I think I liked it so much because typically House is very much about the individual episode, different patients and stories every week but this just felt like such a change in such a good way! I was a little disappointed about the House and Cuddy moment not being real but somehow I didn't feel cheated (unlike...no names mentioned...cough....Booth and Brennan...cough!).

Relationship: Penny and Sheldon

Ok so first off - I know this as a romantic relationship is all in my head. My hubby insists I'm crazy for this one, but it's there!! It's totally there!! Sadly, for this choice I can only talk about the platonic relationship as everybody (including the guy who plays Sheldon!) is denying anything more could exist! I love these two together, their dynamic is perfect - always funny and entertaining... The Christmas hug and the whole story preceding it were absolutely hilarious, and who can forget Penny singing Sheldon to sleep - "Soft kitty, warm kitty" ! I know the relationship will probably never progress anywhere but I love them as friends, and would just love it that little bit more if they were a proper couple!! Awesome characters individually, so I don't even have words to describe the Super-Awesomeness that is them together!

Other Worthy Mentions:

I'm not going to talk about these, but I watch so many shows now (a seriously insane number I can't bring myself to share!) so it was really really hard for me to cut it down to just 5 moments, so here's 3 more, which are: Bones - Brennan sharing her sad story to Sweets (so emotional and unexpected for her!), Pushing Daisies - Chuck hugging Ned through a plastic sheet on the roof and Dexter - the whole storyline surrounding Miguel was awesome!

There were so many more great characters and moments in TV this last year (needless to say the Bones finale will not be featuring in this list!!), be interesting to know what your favourites were...

Anyway, I better stop thinking about it or I'll remember too many other moments! Have a great week

Great new avi! Super cute. It's hard to let go of leg-guitar Dean but you made it bearable. *off to read*

OMG new blog!!! . It's been like months haha. I only watch Dollhouse and Dexter from these shows so can't comment too much . I loved Alpha too, I really wish they had spent way longer on that storyline and got rid of a few of the "Echo mission of the week" episodes instead. The last 2 episodes of Dollhouse were my faves by far. And I loved Alpha just going to Whiskey and saying "Let Echo be number one" and then slashing her face, it was creepy and awesome. So glad they didn't kill him off so he can come back next season hopefully (although I think Alan is in the new V or something so he might not be available =( ). And I think I'm in the minority who really loved Dollhouse for the most part haha. As for Dexter, I am around halfway through S3 now, the season started a bit slow but is getting really awesome now and the Miguel storyline is amazing. I loved how in the last episode I seen Miguel kinda tricked Dexter into boarding the cruise and killing that guy. Meh to be honest I love pretty much everything about Dexter, I don't think it's ever had a bad episode or anything =D. Great blog, I love that Alpha/Echo/Whiskey banner at the top as well!

Cool blog . Of these moments I only watch Chuck and I haven't seen the finale yet so I'm skipping that. Aaah the plastic roof-hug. Another example of Chuck and Ned's creativity.

Yay a blog and a complete revamp of the icons, banners and about me I really like them all! The icon is so cute. Wow this challenge is hard. I'll have to think about it and come back and comment later! But great blog I loved Castiels entrance too, but the rest about him was pretty meh. Alpha was AWESOMNESS, I'd never have thought that Alan Tudyk was such a great actor, it was mindblowing. The last two episodes of Chuck were my 2 favorite in the show! So amazing and the twist at the end makes it look like season 3 is going to get even better. Vicodin and House was also awesome! I won't go as far as saying I ship for Penny and Sheldon, but they are hilarious together and a relationship would bring the show to new hights. When I think about Bones and memorable moments all I'm thinking is Booth asking Brennan to take off her glasses, shake out her hair and say "mr. Booth do you know what the penalty for an overdue book is". David's voice can be so sexy. Right... I'll try to think of my top 5 now

Cool choices....too much time was spent on the pics though - get a job!! Kidding!! Love them

Alpha is an excellent choice! Brill character! I was COMPLETELY shocked he was Alpha so you're not alone there...Alan Tudyk was a complete standout in the role...I loved it when he argued with himself

The final ep of Chuck season 2 was so good, probably my fav of all my finales too! Kung-Fu Chuck was a great 'cliffhanger' (If you want to call it that)...some great Sarah/Chuck moments too!

Haven't seen House Season 5 or Big Bang Theory so can't comment on those

Oooh, I totally forgot Brennans revelation about her childhood.....so emotional (Good extra pick!)

And my FAV Chuck/Ned moment!!!! Cutest thing ever!

Love your picks!

Yay, I might join the dance too Ela! It's fun to be back, and I know what you mean about losing leg guitar Dean, it was a tough call - but I fancied a change, wanted to be a girl for once!!
Posted May 30, 2009 8:57 am PT
What a wonderful banner, you rock making them. And all your little banners are so great, love the colors. You are a genius with photoshop!

I loved Alan Tudyk back on the screen. I suspected from the spoilers that he would be Alpha but they still fooled me a little. Great character. Loved the flash backs. Somehow the ending seemed a little anticlimactic to me but I still loved it and this way we'll get Alpha back next season.

Castiel's entrance was great! Wow, I didn't really like the wings and I thought I would be alone. I thought he was a great addition. Along the way, I wasn't as obsessed with him anymore, still liked him with Dean. When we saw his human vessel, that episode made me love him all over, then I was mad at him, then he gained points again... What a ride, come to think of it.

I loved the Chuck finale and I loved season 2 much more than 1 as well! Even though I loved the finale, I even loved the penultimate episode a little more. Great Jeffster icon.

House (wonderful House/Amber Closeup). The hallucinations were very well done. I am also hoping for a change and I am pleased. That's well put, I would have liked a hookup but I didn't feel cheated Bones styIe. The show is picking up again, right? The finale was great. So sad in the end...

Penny and Sheldon, I LOVE them!! You ship them a little? I do too!! You have seen the interviews with the Sheldon actor as well? I loved those. When he talked about "we find out, one day at comic con..." He is such a hoot. The hug!! And the song... I love them.

You're honorable mentions were great as well. I have to think whether I can add something... Wow, Katherine, I missed your blogs so much! It's scary and boring how much I agree with you. Sorry for being so lame.

I know Twisted, it's been too long since I blogged!! I'm glad you loved Alpha, I definitely agree that it would have been better to have more of his storyline (but then thats no shocker considering this blog!). Glad you like the pics! I was trying to pick my favourite moments of the Alpha storyline, but there were too many!! I know what you mean about the "let echo be number one" comment - incredibly incredibly creepy! As for Dexter, I couldn't agree more - there hasn't been a bad episode, I loved S3 (although I think I know what you mean about it having a slow start), but Miguel is so manipulative, I love seeing Dexter deal with him. You'll have to let me know what you think when you've seen the whole season
Posted May 30, 2009 9:02 am PT
Thanks FriendsSvu!Yeah definitely skip the Chuck one if you haven't seen the finale, don't think I spoil it too much but better safe than sorry. Chuck and Ned are so cute though, I'm so sad there's no more Pushing Daisies
Posted May 30, 2009 9:05 am PT
Hey Daria! I thought it was about time for a revamp! Although knowing me I'll soon change the banner again, I was just in a Reaper mood!

I'm glad you liked my choices, I'm so happy that I wasn't the only one who loved Alpha so much, Alan Tudyk is amazing, and I have to say I didn't realise he'd be so good outside of a comedy role but he was great! ... and at least you don't think I'm totally crazy for wanting Penny and Sheldon to get together! I love the Bones moment you mentioned, be interesting to see what your choices are!
Posted May 30, 2009 9:10 am PT
Elly!! - your picks were awesome too... don't be mean about my pics, I just wanted an excuse to use that font I love! I'm glad you agree with me for the ones you knew - and I'm glad that you managed to watch Chuck in the space of like a day so you had an extra one to comment on, otherwise my picks would have been a little irrelevant to you! And actually it was you who reminded me of the Chuck Ned moment I picked, but I agree, definitely a very cute moment! Next Blog?!
Posted May 30, 2009 9:13 am PT
Hey Ela Thanks - I'm glad you like the banner, I was feeling sad about losing Reaper so thought I'd do a tribute to it! Although I'm fickle, so it'll probably change soon! Not so sure about the genius in photoshop though, but I'll take the compliment!!

I definitely agree it was great to see Alan Tudyk again; I hadn't read any spoilers so I had no reason to suspect he'd be Alpha, but I love that he was! I know what you mean about it being a little anti-climactic, but I definitely hope they make the most of that and see his character some more!

As for Castiel, I think a lot of people loved him - I stayed fairly neutral, but him and Dean were always good though When I think about the Chuck final 2 episodes I love them together, it's too hard for me to split them really because they were both amazing... I'm glad that I wasn't the only one who preferred S2 to S1, I can't wait for the next one... I just can't think about how long it will have to be until I get to see a new episode!!

Glad you like the House pic with Amber, I knew I wanted that moment as a pic because that was when my jaw dropped! Definitely sad at the end, but brilliant! As for Big Bang Theory - YAY for another Penny and Sheldon fan!!! I did see the interview you're talking about, I was so sad that he didn't see the relationship that I so clearly do!! But you never know, I can keep hoping!

Glad you liked the blog, sorry for the epic reply - I always seem to have so much to say!! And, it totally doesn't make you lame to agree, I never get bored of people having similar opinions to me!!! Be interesting to see if you can think of other great moments from tv this last year!
Posted May 30, 2009 9:24 am PT
I only watch Dollhouse, Big Bang Theory, and Bones out of the shows you mentioned, and I gotta say I agree with everything. I was shocked when Alan Tudyk turned out to be Alpha, but in a good way. Having him on the show was a treat, but as the main bad guy? Awesome!

I even agree with the Sheldon-Penny relationship. They are so cute! But im ok with Leonard-Penny too. They were cute in the finale.
Posted May 30, 2009 9:28 am PT
Glad you agreed with my choices Clemontine! Alan Tudyk was awesome as the main bad guy! As for Leonard-Penny, I don't mind their relationship at all... after all I know the Penny-Sheldon thing is all in my head!
Posted May 30, 2009 9:35 am PT
Where did amazing dean icon go ? Thats a really cool blog you got there! I loved Castiels entrance but still to this day dont understand why they put dragon wings on him!!! :L I really gotta start watching Chuck again...this blog just reminded me!
Cya later!
Posted May 30, 2009 9:40 am PT
Go ahead and take the compliment. I'm not just saying that to be nice, I think those are some awesome pictures! I also try to figure out what you did for the effects - a little photoshop-geeky in the moment, that's me. And it's different to be a girl for once? Very nice choice, I love the colors. How do you do the gifs by the way? Is it GeoAvatar? The circus gif in Elly's blog is also so awesome! I get the Reaper love. We'll have to let go though. Did you like the finale?

I was a little disappointed, too, that he couldn't imagine Penny and Sheldon. Still, he is an actor, not a writer so there's hope yet! I am still debating over my favorites, you and Elly definitely covered a lot of awesome stuff! I'll get back to you.
Posted May 30, 2009 9:49 am PT
Hey Charmed! I know, I miss Dean too, but I'd had it for so long and I just thought I'd be a girl for a change! Yeah, Castiel's entrance was awesome, but the wings were a little... odd, is a polite way to put it! Enjoy Chuck
Posted May 30, 2009 9:50 am PT
Aw well thanks Ela To be honest I don't really know how to do much in photoshop, although that site you linked to in your blog gave me some new ideas, so I'm sure you'll be able to spot that in some of my pics from now on! For the gifs I use "Image Ready", it came with my Photoshop CS2, even though I upgraded my Photoshop I kept using Image Ready... it's a bit weird to use but I think I've gotten used to it now.As for Reaper, I still can't bring myself to watch it!! The whole time I don't see it, it's not finished for me! Sad I know... ah well!
Posted May 30, 2009 10:01 am PT
i read an interview. jim parson's interview. and he said about penny and sheldon that it could happen yeah don't get too excited it could happen if sheldon was drunk as hell or if it was a dream. not sheldon's dream. so yeah. i got really excited reading about it. but then towards the end i was just like oh. no. noooooo. penny and aheldon r awesome. oh. damn! so yeah and im sorry i didnt write back on msn but after i was done with sytycd i went studying :s i got plenty of stuff this week. but sytycd was amazing. doh! adam dancing and then being sent to vegas by josh. what a nite and i think im in love with adam

Really cool challenge/idea/thing! lol. I watch too much TV too, I forget which shows are on which night sometimes. Have a great week also!
Posted May 30, 2009 2:26 pm PT
Interesting challenge, I really need to think about it and return with my choices. I'll be back!
Posted May 30, 2009 2:42 pm PT
Hey Gix, not to worry about MSN, I got busy too I'm not really expecting anything between Penny and Sheldon but I would completely love it if it happens, I'll take it as a dream if thats the only way to see it! Glad you enjoyed SYTYCD, I prefer it when it gets down to the proper shows with the routines!
Posted May 30, 2009 2:53 pm PT
Thanks Sarah, It was a fun challenge to write! Good to know I'm not the only one who watches far too many TV shows!
Posted May 30, 2009 2:54 pm PT
Hi Emiko, glad you like the challenge, look forward to your picks!
Posted May 30, 2009 2:55 pm PT
I agree with you on House & Supernatural. Castiel will be in 17 episodes of Season Five! Yay! And House, best finale of the finale season, in my opinion!
Posted May 30, 2009 6:32 pm PT
Haven't seen Supernatural yet (I missed the first episode and couldn't be bothered catching up) and Dollhouse just started in the UK last week. I've been dipping in and out of TBBT, and I'm liking Penny/Sheldon, I never noticed them spending much time on screen together last season but they're always together now - they're probably the only two characters I like! I love Ned and Chuck - they were so cute all season! It is such a shame PD got cancelled, since season two was far better than season one!

Great blog, hope they continue.
Posted May 30, 2009 6:49 pm PT
Okay, I'm baaaaack. lol My memorable moments and I have titled them. They aren't necessary my favorite moments, and the title will explain. Here goes. Memorable season/series finale- Prison Break and the revelation that Michael died. The gang from Prison Break finally gets redemption and freedom only to have Michael pass away before he can see the birth of his son. Bittersweet and something I will remember for a long time to come. Favorite storyline- Supernatural and Sam's demon powers and demon blood addiction. In Lazerus Rising, we got the first taste of Sam's powers. During On the Head of a Pin, Sam reveals that he can KILL demons. And this is possible because he is drinking Ruby's blood. This season made me a Sam girl. Shock of the Year- American Idol (LOL) Kris Allen defeating Adam Lambert and winning the title of American Idol 2009. Alright, alright, I know American Idol. Been watching it since S3 and I feel as if I'm going through the journey with the contestants sometimes. Adam was a shoo in. guess what? There are no sure bets and Kris' fans pulled off a miracle.

Disappointment of the year- Life on Mars being canceled by ABC. Ahhhh, life with ABC calling the shots. Why is the Bachelor still on the air? Because ABC would rather cancel a quality drama instead of the crappy reality show where women pimp themselves on national TV. OMG! He's back from the dead- Tony Almeda from 24. Tony was poisoned and died between the hours of 7pm and 8pm on day 5 of 24. Or did he? We never saw actually DIE, did we? So through the miracle of television, on Day 7, Tony is alive and well and running with old pal Jack. Is he a bad guy, good guy, playing both sides? He's out for revenge and welcome back to my favorite character from 24!
Posted May 30, 2009 6:58 pm PT
I love Dollhouse. Alpha was amazing in the last two episodes. I loved how he changed personalities. Not my top 5 moments, but some of my favourite moments.

1.Dollhouse I loved the episode "Man on the Street" and Echo (don't know the name of the person she was supposed to be) saids "it's porn, it's porn". That was so funny. 2. How I Met Your Mother
The Intervention episode. 3. 90210 Silver becoming Bipolar. I loved how crazy her character became. She sneaks into Mr. Matthews house, and throws a glass bottle at him and setting Dixon's backyard on fire, well pictures in the garbace can. 4. Being Erica
The last scene in the season finale when Erica goes to see Dr. Tom and it's a totally differernt office with a new Doctor.

5. Degrassi: The Next Generation
Liberty getting drunk and I think she got her stomach pumped.
Posted May 30, 2009 8:57 pm PT
Hi there! You're not alone, I didn't think the nervous marijuana grower was Alpha either, but his personality reversed very well! Alan Tudyk deserves his own show. I totally agree with everything you said about Chuck, although I prefered Jeffster's other song better. Jeff releasing the fireworks was classic though! I, on the otherhand, felt very cheated with the House storyline as I don't like those 'it was all just a dream' plots and also, they've already used that type of storyline. However, it was still a good finale. Nice countdown, I enjoyed the read.
Posted May 30, 2009 9:08 pm PT
yep that is true, the whole top 20 thing is amazing, but i dont mind the top 100 week either its so cool what they come up with
Posted May 31, 2009 1:28 am PT
Hi Tristan I'm glad Castiel will be in Season 5, I liked him more when he helped Dean towards the end of the finale episode... I can't wait for S5, it should be awesome! Glad you liked the House finale too, I thought it was just brilliant to watch!
Posted May 31, 2009 2:13 am PT
Hey TvFan Supernatural was quite good this season, but I think you have to be in the right mood to watch the show, so maybe you'll catch up at some point! Dollhouse was a bit of a mixed bag for me, but be interesting to see what you think if you keep watching it As for Big Bang Theory - Penny and Sheldon are definitely spending more time together - I'm glad I'm not the only one picking up on that! I can't even think about Pushing Daisies being cancelled, it's awful, it was such a fun show! Thanks for your comments!
Posted May 31, 2009 2:17 am PT
Welcome back Emiko I haven't seen Prison Break this last season, although I did hear how it ended so I will probably catch up with it over summer. I like the storyline you picked for Supernatural, Sam's powers was definitely interesting to watch develop, and it was weird seeing how he got the powers; not sure it made me a big Sam fan though - I still have a soft spot for Dean

As embarrassing as it is to admit, I did watch American Idol too, as much as I complain about the show being rubbish if I start watching it I have to see it through to the end! I think it's awful Adam didn't win, but he'll do well anyway I expect! As for Life on Mars, I am a bit sad it won't be coming back, but I quite liked it as it was, it didn't feel that rushed for me... I'll probably miss something like Reaper, or Pushing Daisies more

I haven't seen 24 since about S3 or S4, can't really remember which! Although I always quite liked Tony, so I guess I'm glad he's not dead Anyway, great picks!
Posted May 31, 2009 2:25 am PT
Hi Jon! Glad you liked Alpha too, it was definitely so interesting to see him changing personalities. For your picks, I know the Dollhouse episode you mention, it was definitely nice to see Echo as that character; she was funny (and I don't always find Dollhouse having that many funny moments so it was nice!). I haven't managed to completely catch up with HIMYM yet; I'm only upto S3, and I haven't seen the other shows you mention - but I know what you mean about them not being your top 5, just some of your favourite moments... it's so hard to narrow it down!! Anyway, hope you're having a good weekend
Posted May 31, 2009 2:30 am PT
Hey xlovedust I'm so glad I wasn't the only one to be shocked when Alan Tudyk turned out to be Alpha!! I definitely think he is a strong enough actor to have his own show, not sure it'll happen though

GLad you like the Chuck pick of mine, I think I just like Jeffster in general, always makes me laugh! As for House, I can understand why you wouldn't like the "dream" storyline; I usually hate those storylines too, but for some reason House's version didn't annoy me. I think maybe it felt a bit more justified because of the Vicodin thing, rather than just some random dream... but I don't know, to each their own! Thanks for reading, glad you liked the blog
Posted May 31, 2009 2:36 am PT
Yeah Gix, although that show just makes me realise how uncoordinated I am, it's quite depressing really!! oh and I know what scene your icon is now! yay, I'm about half way through Castle, glad you recommended it, it's hilarious

Barney/Robin (How I Met Your Mother) - I've shipped from them since they were about as likely to be together as Penny and Sheldon is, and now it's finally happening. Barney loving here is just the cutest thing. The way he hates it, and is afraid to admit it and the way he explains it. Like Penny/Sheldon it makes me both laugh and go: awwww at the same time, which makes a really weird sound come out of my mouth

Christian's cancer (Nip/Tuck) - Although I didn't love absolutely everything about Nip/Tuck or even this storyline, it's been a while since any TV has made me cry, and this definatly did it! Him going through the pain of it was heartbreaking... changing so much, he had a lot of character deveolpment. It was almost like watching someone become a diffent person and only half of it because he wanted to. Half of it he was forced into by the cancer.

The Terminator SCC finale - since you took the Chuck finale I won't take that and I thought they were equally good Just everything about it, really. But especially the end. It ended in a way where it would have changed the whole show. Mindblowing. John finally trusting Cameron completely and we almost even got our shipping moment.

The angels, demon blood drinking and the apocalypce (Supernatural) - (yeah not exactly ONE moment but I had to mention it) Best season arc since Angel season 5, IMO. It made me really love Supernatural, so full of shocking twists. Heart breaking moments and it always kept you looking forward to the next Supernatural episode more than any other episode. I'm in ah over how great this season and the arc has been.

Castle and Alexis (Castle) - just one of the many great moments of Castle. But it's always the scenes that I love and remember the best. I love their relationship, how they can tell each other anything. It's the perfect father/daughter relationship. I love that Castle is such a great father, but in his own way. I love how he actually doesn't treat her like a child, like most parents do. Hell I love absolutely everything about it!
Posted May 31, 2009 3:18 am PT
Good picks Daria ... but wait a minute, Barney and Robin?! I have to catch up!! Is that in the latest season then I assume?! I haven't ever seen Nip/Tuck or the terminator show so can't comment, but Supernatural was fairly epic this season definitely. It's probably not my favourite season though, I thought it was a great idea, but because I love Dean so much I guess the Sam focus wasn't really ideal for me! I think I'm going to rewatch it over summer if I get a chance because I think I'll enjoy it more now I don't have Uni stress to think about!

I've only just started watching Castle, but I'm about half way through - it's a lot of fun to watch and I totally agree they have a great relationship Anyway, thanks for your picks, I definitely agree with the ones I know!
Posted May 31, 2009 3:40 am PT
Emotional Moments. I suck at countdowns, I really do, I change my mind so often, it's sad really. So I'll just add some things that weren't mentioned before. I avoided obvious spoilers.

Dexter - when Dexter found out he was cheated and he had his emotional outburst. Wow, that was so hypnotizing to watch! Season 3 was great but for the most time it didn't live up to season 2 standards for me. That is definitely an exception. Dr. Horrible - does that count? I was so thrown by the death... Silly of me, I should have known). Also, the fact that I loved it so much in the first place was pretty surprising for me. I haven't had too high expectations, maybe I was the only one. House - The unexpected death and House's strong reaction to it. I know it was because KP wanted out to work at the White House but I thought it was great, storywise. The unnoticed coworker (always funny and seemingly fine) is in so much pain. Bummer. True Blood - Pretty much in the beginning. Sookie getting beaten into a pulp - I know it's a small scene but I had a super strong emotional reaction to it. Pretty graphic for tv! Not necessarily my favorite but emotional indeed.

I feel I should add something from Lost. I haven't finished the season yet, I can't bring myself to do it, I am totally spoiled for everything. Must have been a bummer, though.

My disappointment is Dollhouse. Here, I said it. Alpha was great but I was very disappointed with this show overall. I really looked forward to it big time. Although to be honest, I wasn't thrilled that Eliza would lead and I am still not sold on that.

Enjoy your Sunday!

I know what you mean about countdowns, that's why I never really decide on a "Top 5" it's always just, "5 I like", which is less catchy as a phrase! I like the new icon, I remember her from a Supernatural episode; was that where this pic comes from?

I quite enjoyed Dexter S3 (I think anything without Lila was a positive!); I know the moment you mean and it was awesome! Dr Horrible is a good choice, I wasn't expecting the death it was very sad, same goes for Kutner in House; I loved that episode, it did come out of the blue but I thought it was quite true that you never really know what's going in people's private lives.

I didn't mention Lost either actually but I really enjoyed this season; I know what you mean about not watching it after you've been spoiled for it though. As for DOllhouse I know what you mean, I was expecting amazing and got enjoyable, so it was a little bit of a letdown, still with Summer Glau maybe being in next season it might pick up! Awesome picks anyway

Not as catchy, that made me laugh! I am very much with you. And exactly, it's werewolf girl from Heart. You recognized her, that makes me happy. I liked her and I like that screenshot. I just didn't think many would remember her without context. I spend quite some time with photoshop lately and I need to learn much more. I have a vision what I want something to look like and often I don't come close. Still, I liked that one so I tried it on. In fact, I am quite ok with some of my new Supernatural icons. To bad, there are so few girls in SN, especially since I only covered the first two seasons so far.

Aw, Thanks Gix, It's a bit bright - but I felt like a change!

It's a nice screenshot Ela, I quite liked the episode with her in but you're right there's not so many girls in Supernatural, esp in the early seasons... Be nice to see your other supernatural icons, do you have a website or are you still just keeping them private? I tend to do that with my banners, make hundreds and only ever show off one or two!!

In fact, Daria inspired me to open a second photobucket account and make it public. I won't be using them for much anyway and if someone would like anything enough to copy it, I'd be very flattered. This is the link. And I'd love to see your banners - seriously!

Yes Barney and Robin and I am incredibly sorry if I spoiled you! But I tried not to say many spoilers in the comment. I've shipped for them since episode 3 of HIMYM lol, it's one of the only ships I've had without a real reason for it. Yeah there has been a slight lack of Dean, and I love Dean 100 times more than Sam, but for once the storyline actually interests me more than the characters. Castle is such a great show, it was hard picking a moment from it, I just wanted to take everything Castle does, he's so awesome.
