Buy it now. It kicks massive amounts of butt.
I've been fighting through the story mode, but the create-a-soul isn't as good as I had hoped. All of the powerful parts are monumentally ugly, and the good looking ones are weak. The only character whose look I am satisfied with is my Seong Mi-na. Even my CaS one sucks because his clothes have no skill points bolted to them.
Hilde is excellent; 'nuff said. My CaS main is a Hilde style user (although he is male). The moves are easy to execute and flow brilliantly. Mi-na hasn't really changed since SC1, however...

I main too many people to list them a 3rd time.
I tend to only make characters that are funny. Like Raymond, the 50-year old Tira-style ex-Marine, Hilde the golf caddy, or Cervantes the humble rice farmer.

My mains are Yun-sung, Zaslamel, Setsuka (Even though I suck with her. Trying to get better) and Amy. I've also been having fun with the CaS, but I never play special matches. One of my characters (Isabella, my Setsuka style one) has only 64% HP because of what she wears.
