Matthew Perry injured himself playing computer games. The former "Friends" star spends so much time playing violent games he had to go to hospital to have steroid injections in his hand - a common treatment for tendonitis, which is when tendons become inflamed and painful.

The 39-year-old actor said: "I play a lot of video games. I play a lot of Xbox 360. I played 'Fallout 3' so often I had to go get injections in my hand!"
Matthew is currently single and says any potential girlfriends would have to share his gaming obsession.
He said: "She would have to be a video game player, for sure."
In one episode of "Friends" Matthew's character Chandler Bing damaged his hand playing arcade game 'Ms. Pac-Man' while attempting to get the highest score.
Matthew can currently be seen starring with "High School Musical" heartthrob Zac Efron in new age swap comedy

There you have it folks, proof that violent games are damaging to us. Only violent games though, Viva Pinata is fine, we don't need steroid injections if we play that waaay too much.
Ok, so I know this is a day early, but I'm heading out to Mt. Keith minesite tomorrow to do some work in their kitchen, so I'll get some nice pictures of red dirt for you before I head back.
Well, a couple of weeks ago I went in and brewed some beer. Well, today, I bottled this beer, and, quite frankly, I'm scared at the results.

This is us sanitising our beer bottles, water comes out of the pipes, and flows into a trough, below.

This is my housemate, Bj, posing for a photo with a stupid smile, spilling beer everywhere.

Bj again, this time capping a beer bottle. Note - Angry looking man in background.

Some completed beers!

My fridge, with 5.5 cartons worth of beer in it. Aptly named, the fridge of liver failure.
Anyway, that's all I've really got time to do, post some pictures. I'm back from the mines on Friday the 3rd of July, so I'll check in there. Also - Bring on tax time!
I was just down at Jb-Hifi and they are selling copies of Midnight Club: LA for ~$50.00, so I picked one up. I haven't really gotten into it yet, but it seems pretty cool from what I've seen so far.
