I don't know why but from time to time I think a little about Fallout 3 and I end up installing and playing it AGAIN . I finished the game 3 times and this time is the 4 time . This time I will finish all the things in the game : all quests , all expansions , Everything .

I think Fraps is the best choise .
Other say that Gamecam is the best .
