Hmm. I don't like the text. The "Stormrise" on the first one looks great! It fits the color tone very well, but the "true next gen strategy" just sticks out like an ugly sore thumb. I'd suggest a different color for that bit and put it somewhere a bit less obvious... and maybe in a different font. If it were at the very bottom (not covering the soldiers) in a simple ariel like font in... white, it would catch more attention. The second pic - ugh the text completely ruins it. The pic looks a little squished but would totally work if your text wasn't so horrible! Maybe something in white... a bit smaller? Perhaps breaking up the sentence a bit... so you've got something like "Are you Prepared..." and below it "...for the Storm!?" A nice colored glow would enhance it a lot - give it more of a storm's lightning feel. Even outlining the text in the darkest color thats in the sky would make it fit better.
