In 2006, I had the honour of meeting Sam Worthington and getting acting tips from him that would help my future career. Little did I know that Sam Worthington was set to be Australia's next biggest star, let alone the world's next biggest star....

Spirited Away
A beautiful magical story about a young girl swept away into an unknown land. Another extraordinary Miyazaki classic, up there with greats like Princess Mononoke and Howl's Moving Castle. A brilliant story, spectacular animation and a talented...

The Birds
As always, Hitchcock has created a thrilling suspense masterpiece. The small subtleties and the edge-of-your-seat, nail-biting suspenseful moments create one of Hitchcock's greatest classics.

Aeon Flux
I went along to see this movie in the cinema so that I could laugh at how bad it was. The critics kept saying it was terrible cinema, but to be honest, I kinda liked it. Although there was much in the way of drama, the storyline was cool and the...

Guess Who
Guess Who was really boring and I didn't find it funny at all. I'm not really a fan of Ashton Kutcher and I don't think he's all that funny; just like this movie.

Austin Powers in Goldmember
I haven't seen any of the other Austin Powers movies, but when I saw this, I could not stop laughing. It's absolutely hilarious!

A Bug's Life
A fun and beautifully made Pixar film that is an exciting adventure for the whole family.

The Witches
A spooky and spectacular adaption of the Roald Dahl classic with perfect casting of Anjelica Huston as the Grand High Witch.

The Stepford Wives
At the start of this film, I wondered why it was called a thriller. It all seemed so happy and peaceful. As the movie went along, it became rather confusing. And the "twist" ending was very weird and creepy. It did not turn out the way I...

Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over
What a pitiful movie. Watching it in 3D was pretty cool, but it just lacked imagination.

Spy Kids 2: Island of Lost Dreams
This is another fun Spy Kids movie. I remember seeing this in the cinema and loving it. I still sorta do, but it's just not as good as the original.

Spy Kids
This is a cool and funny movie. The two kid actors are great as the lead characters and I love all the gadgets and gizmos they had.

The Sixth Sense
The Sixth Sense is a creepy and exciting movie from M. Night Shyamalan with the biggest twist ever! I loved it!

Dawn of the Dead
This movie is creepy, disgusting and weird. I don't know how I could've sat through it.

Shark Tale
This movie was boring! And a complete rip-off of Finding Nemo. I didn't like the story either. And all of the fish looked exactly like the actors voicing them. This movie is stupid, and I hate to say it but one of the worst animated movies ever.

Scooby-Doo
I thought it was a stupid idea to create a real life version of the brilliant animated series, but I found myself liking this movie. I was a bit shocked by some of the casting though.

The School of Rock
Jack Black is a hilarious guy, and School of Rock is a hilarious movie. The characters are also so funny and lovable and the story is just a stroke of genius.

Rugrats in Paris: The Movie
I absolutely love the Rugrats, but I was bored by this movie. The first movie was good, but this one dragged on and wasn't very fun.

I adored this movie. Two of my favourite cartoon series, Rugrats and The Wild Thornberrys, combined! Brilliant idea!

The Ring Two
A poor excuse for a sequel. This hardly had anything to do with the first film and the story was stupid.

The Ring
Naomi Watts does a fine job of portraying this woman and I've read the original Japanese manga which is much more creepy. This movie's freaky but it just doesn't quite capture the imagination.

Peter Pan
An adventurous live-action version of the Disney classic. Some of the acting is a bit stiff and it is uninspired.

Crash
Crash is a dramatic and moving piece of cinema. It certainly deserved its win as Best Oscar and is a masterpiece in every way. All of the characters go through a certain trauma, and in some way, they are all connected. I was transfixed to the...

Minority Report
This is a brilliant movie! Steven Spielberg and Tom Cruise have paired up to create one of the best sci-fi movies of the beginning of the new century.

The Matrix Revolutions
The first Matrix movie was awesome, but it has just gone downhill from there. The ending was stupid and didn't make much sense when you compare it with the rest of the film.
