I don't get it. Johnny Depp takes a dumb script and tries to have some fun with it to keep from sucking down rails of blow during the tedious filming process, and the entire country goes freakin crazy. The American public, as a whole, have the worst taste in movies. I walked out on both Pirates movies after sitting there a solid 40 minutes for the first one, and nearly all unbearable 3 hours of the second one. And now you all are chomping at the bit to make me suffer a third time! And if you had your way, probably a fourth and a fifth and a sixth until the polar ice caps melt and we all drown and have to eat baby seals and rat sh*t to survive.

I don't want to tell anybody what films to enjoy, but when an entire nation shells out ten bucks a pop twice for a couple of films that suck so, so very much, I lose hope in humanity. This is falling on deaf ears, isn't it?
