So, where to begin...

Well, I finished the Gears novel a while ago, and it's really good. And more recently, I got the new Halo book. I like it, but to me, it feels like a different step in the story telling. It just feels different, although not in a bad way.

Game-wise, I borrowed Fallout 3 from my friend for awhile, played the hell out of it, and gave it back. It was a lot of fun, but I don't see a reason to buy it now. Right now I'm borrowing Call of Duty: World at War, and although it's fun, I'm not getting it either. For me, gaming is becoming down-played, i.e., I don't do it as much anymore. And besides, those games I was skeptical about, and I played them, and liked them, but now there is no reason to buy them. And I'm also NOT getting Far Cry 2. Nothing but negatives for that game, it seems.

Anyways, I'm getting a computer for Christmas, and if my luck holds out and my Dad doesn't screw with me, it'll be a pretty powerful system for a very good price.

So what does all this mean for my future gaming? Well, I can play the half dozen or so(Not including the C&C Series First Decade box set) computer games I have that are collecting dust at the moment. And it also means that I'll be getting less 360 games in the foreseeable future. The only ones I want at the moment are Left 4 Dead, Halo 3: ODST, and Halo Wars, and the latter two don't come out for some time.

I dunno. If things keep going the way they are, I'm going to need to new hobby.
