Today was the day that the first DLC for Borderlands got released. I, of course, downloaded it as soon as i could and obviously finished it the same day! It lasted me around 6 hours the achievements are easy to get, 4 of them are unlocked by playing through the story and the other one is unlocked by doing a serie of sidequest called ''brain''. The real surprise is who gives it but i'll keep it secret for those who plan on getting it. Anyway the brain quest is split in 5 parts. Seeing zombies drop brain when they're killed with a headshot here's the 5 quest.

1st: 10 brains

2nd: 25 brains

3rd: 50 brains

4th: 100 brains

5th: 250 brains

So you can see its a time consuming achievements but its still fun to do, it also really boost the challenge where you need to kill enemies using critical hit. I'm maybe 300 kills away from getting the 20,000 exp reward this challenge gives. The DLC is well worth it, the environment are pretty well designed and the atmosphere is simply awesome. Its a well spent 800 MSpoint for every Borderlands fans.

Yesterday at 2:15pm grand-mother passed away, she originally had 6 months left to live but fought hard and lived 8 months, i'll miss her a lot but i'm happy her suffering are finally over and that she's in a better place now. Its not like its the only time it'll happen in my life. I'll always remember the good times such as when i was younger, i used to always go to her house and each time i had my little bowl of chips and my glass of 7up ready for me. Or she used to watch me play videogame or babysit me when mother was going out with friends. R.I.P. Grandma i'll never forget you.

On a brighter side, i got back into Tales of Vesperia quite recently, as expected i'm having a blast and this time i intend to destroy the EX dungeon when i get there and such. I remember i played through Tales of Symphonia easily 14 times, played so much i ended up soloing the whole game with 1 chara on Mania, i intend to do the same here in ToV but on Unknown which will be a WAY harder task.

Today someone given me a early access code to Bayonetta's demo i wasn't expecting much from it seeing its like Devil May Cry 4 (which i'm not a fans off) but it actually played well if not better. This is a short but fun demo, you can switch between katana and gun or dual guns then execute a hefty amount of combo with both, i personally chose the katana&gun. As expected this game is a over the top hack and slash game with, i must say, pretty good visual and easy to learn control. You have to get used to the usual dodge/counter/slash system nothing new here. Sometime you'll get the chance to do finishing move like, the woman spawn a iron maiden device (a coffin with spike basically) throw the enemy in and kill it. Of course you get to fight a boss in the demo and once you beat it the costume of your character transform into some kind of 30 feets high monster who eats the boss leaving your character almost naked lol. Not much to say you'd have to try by yourself and IMO its worth a rent.

Recently i bought Prototype gotta admit i'm enjoying it so far took care of the longest achievements which is finding the hints and landmarks. Though i need 1 more landmark but i just need an helicopter to reach it. Got frustrating at some part but a pretty solid game in overall.
