Ok, reviewing all the premieres airing in one week on network television is fun if you're sick at home for a small week, but even for addicts so much screen time can be too much. I just spend three hours watching television, on a TV!...Now that may not sound spectacular, but I haven't watched normal television in months, I normally watch shows on my laptop, now I experienced my first Dutch commercial block in over a year, viewed reality television (Wipeout) and watched an episode of CRIMINAL MINDS without it being a premiere or finale. There are still miracles left.. Point being, I'm taking it down a notch from all the Fall TV loving this week and just look back at the week I had that might have been the most watched TV week of my life (including FRIENDS marathons).
Medium scored good!
The ratings are in and MEDIUM actually performed good at Friday night. I still don't get why SMALLVILLE is there, but I'm glad Patricia Arquette's show got a second chance by CBS, even if it is on such a bad night (which is weird, since Medium just to be on Fridays here too since it's very start). I was never a hardcore fan, but I've always cared about the show's faith, especially after it's sibling LAS VEGAS was send off, I was rooting for the DuBois to stay on the air and represent real family values (opposite of those of 90210 for example).

All the footballers, put a ring on it!
I shamefuly have to admit that before this week I never saw the video of the song by Beyonce, but because of the Kanye/Taylor incident, I had to see what the fuzz was all about. Turns out, the dance is a hit! Who knew? [input smiley face] But one of the week's biggest laughs came from an episode of GLEE, featuring a High School football team performing the dance on the field. I'm betting I wasn't the only one looking back at my HS team imagining them doing that dance...
Funny Crimes are the new drama!
While sipping through forty-something premieres this week, I found myself shockingly amused by a lot of comedies and critically rewarding the crimeshows. I guess when your favorite dramas are on The CW you should know there's something not right in that category, and with the addition of so many fun comedies (I do like ACCIDENTALLY ON PURPOSE, and everybody already likes MODERN FAMILY and COMMUNITY), I was pleasantly surprised to find that shows like LAW & ORDER and CSI: MIAMI had the best episodes of the week. I even enjoyed NCIS: LA a lot. Maybe there's room for them in my fall TV schedule, but if these shows keep their quality up on a weekly base, CSI might not stay the only crimeshow to make it through an entire season without me quitting halfway because all the cases became too boring. It's all about exploring new genres, and since I'm done with the women (the ABCs are slipping, DH/GA/B&S), have an overdose of teens (The CW), 2009-2010 might be all about getting some good guy shows. But then, the banner of profile is from Gossip Girl, so I doubt it. But who knows, suddenly I'm watching CHUCK and ENTOURAGE, like I said, there are still miracles left...

Simple: I don't live in America, and since a lot of the shows I watch aren't on the air here, I can only choose for laptop since I don't have the time to burn everything to DVD to watch on the TV... And how did you know my laptop was 17 inch?

I'm glad Medium's still on air. Smallville should've said buh-bye after its 5th season. Fun Glee episode. Modern Family and Bored to Death are my fave comedies this fall. While I still watch several procedurals, the only one I love is Criminal Minds. The trend now is cougar shows (Cougar Town, Accidentally on Purpose, Eastwick, etc.)
