As U all know I started another Union that is basically about Leaderboards for GS people only and Top 100 lists
(Top 100 profile views, union views, post counts, etc.). This has kept me insanely busy.
Unfortunately some other things have happened to me to keep me from
searching for Blonde jokes for the next blog I promised. 
A couple of those are a power surge that kept me off the net since yesterday morning and an Officer who went nuts in my new union. 
He moderated several people unjustly, sent some of them nasty PMs, and deleted comments by himself and others randomly.
He made the Gears Boards from a template I gave him,
then after I told him it was ok for people to
discuss the game in the specific board
as well as post their scores he didn't like that for some reason. 
He DELETED EVERY SINGLE COMMENT
& EVERY SCORE IN
MY GEARS OF WAR BOARDS 
and I'm really hot about it !
He deleted every single post EXCEPT mine where I was showing
him how I wanted people to post example
WE are remaking all the boards so he can't go edit out all the scores again,
and people can only post if they are members now.
If U posted, please post them again....here is main board linky
til we get it all fixed
He sent me a message on my 360 Messenger when I asked why he did this....here it is.....
i left your union because i felt that i didnt relate to anyone there.
i know i should have conferred with you about it first ,for that i apolagize.
if you would still like to be friends on here i would like that if not i understand.

This isn't about the current problem, but in the future, don't promote someone you just met. Especially when he was acting very odd. I'll PM or IM you about all the other stuff.

3. Though, none of my many and varied replies are capable of existing after a moderator see them, so I shall not post them. So I would guess number 2, with sprinklings of various evil things you could do...or I can dream of... I'll let my jets cool before saying anything more, but your officer is ready to do any clean-up needed.

Sorry to hear that Michele. A guy like that is probably someone you're better off not having in your union anyway. Poll: 2. He's not worth your friendship. You don't have to do something nasty back, just forget about him. If he hasn't already left the union, kick him out. People like that who screw up whats supposed to be a friendly place for discussing gaming issues do not deserve a membership. I can't see why he would be spiteful and do all of those things to your union for no reason, especially since you do such a great job

I guess if he really wants to continue to be your friend, maybe it's because he values your friendship... He of course couldn't continue to be officer though... That position would have to go to someone who wants it and will be respectful of what you want in your union...

Wow, that's awful. I'm sorry to hear that Michele. Hopefully everything is corrected speedily. If you would like some additional help, feel free to PM me. You guys are very dedicated in that union so I'm sure it will be done in no time.

Go with #2. I'll send DaRedTerror after him (he has a pitchfork ). I try to be careful about who I promote in my union. So far no one has betrayed me. I'll try and come help rebuild tonight if I have time. Sorry if I can't though. Some issues are coming back to haunt me in real life

Easy decision... don't contact him anymore. Filter him out of your friends list (both in GS as in MSN). He abused your trust and he has to be punished for that.

(and my continued and irrevocable hatred) @ Hokies - Yeah, some of my ideas are good, I may be nice from time to time, but inside beats the heart of a torturer. @ Michele - Yep, its a good thing you have some good officers too. Tyler is just a dang busy little bee, and I personally try where I can.

@ LexLas ~ I've always been a very forgiving person, but he did this for absolutely no reason. It was totally uncalled for. I can't even begin to understand what his problem with me or the union is. Actually, it almost HAS to be a personal problem with me, I think. The union is only 9 days old.
I just don't understand, I've never even moderated anybody or anything.
@ John ~ Most of my officers have been personal friends for a while now. A few are new to me, but I believe in them all. I don't like being suspicious of people, but now I'll prolly start being a lot more careful on GS. It shoud NOT be that way tho.
