Wow, it's been a long time since my last blog, or my last reply on any of your blogs. I'm sorry, I haven't been around much. I'm always too busy or tired to do anything other than post the daily spoilers.

I'll try to be more present, I swear.

So now I shall give you the [supposedly] weekly update of my life.

Well. I just came from a party for my section at my friend, Marga's house. Her house is waaay big. And very, very nice. I'm really sleepy. Probably 'cause I just swam, and swimming always tires me.

What else? Ooh, that exhibit for Integration Week was finally completed! We displayed all our projects, and got to see the exhbits for the other grade levels. It was kinda fun.

Hm. I also made myself a Livejournal account! If you guys have one, just friend me! I'll give you the username when you post a comment.

Okay. I'm way too tired to say more than that.

So. How's everyone?

School's been keeping me busy. I was supposed to blog last Friday, but the new layout prevented me. It still had a few problems, so I couldn't post anything.

Speaking of the layout... I think it's okay. It's just a little different, but I'll probably get used to it in time.

Anywayy. Friday. There was a spelling bee. It was very, very nerve-wracking. I'm sure I never want to participate in a spelling bee. Ever. On the plus side, I got second place, which was unexpected. I was sure I would be the first one out. My best friend got first place. She was really nice about it; she even asked me if I wanted her to lose it for me. I said no, of course, but wasn't that nice of her? I love my friends.

Saturday was the learning fair. All the talks were pretty boring, except the first one. I lived through them, though.

And, hey, guess what I won. The grand prize. The hardbound Twilight saga books I told you guys about. Of course, I already have them, so I'm going to sell my old ones. I'd like to replace them with the new ones. I would have liked to win the Twilight movie tickets, or the cellphone, but the books are good enough, yeah? The only bad part is that all my friends supposedly 'hate' me. Well, they'll live.

What else is there to report on?

Oh, yes. I can't believe I forgot.

We have, like, a million projects to do in school right now. One for every subject. Because of stupid Integration Week. Basically, we're given projects that are centered on one on the provinces of the Philippines. In my section's case, it's Lanao del Sur. There is zero information of Lanao del Sur anywhere, so it's pretty hard to find anything.

What are they trying to do at that school anyway, kill us?

Ooh, Peace Camp approaches. I'm super excited. Two days of no school!

OH. OH. OH.

Have you guys seen the new iPod nano? The nanochromatic?

Omg, I want one so bad. So I'm getting one. See, my dad and my brother are going to Singapore to watch a Formula One race thingy (I never understood what was so interesting about watching cars go around incircles, but that's besides the point. ) Of course, I wanted to tag along, so I watched every single race and qualifying round I could, trying to prove that I was the number one fan. My parents and siblings made fun of my efforts, but I really thought they would let me go to Singapore with them.

I wish.

So I'm going to be stuck at home with my mom and sister, while my brother and dad are going to Singapore for, like, a week. AND MY BROTHER GETS TO MISS school. Unfair. Unfair unfair unfair.

I got home and sat at the computer, then I saw the iPod and fell in love. Begged my dad for one. He said no. Just yesterday, though, I made a deal with him. He can go buy me an iPod in Singapore, but I have to pay for half the price.

We shook our hands on it, so I'm getting the nanochromatic.

I'm getting all the money I can get, asking for donations from all my friends in school. So far, I have 11 pesos. Which is, like, 25 cents. I have enough money for the iPod, I just don't want to spend it all, you know. Well, I'll get there soon enough.

OOH. It's a Monday. That means there's Prison Break tomorrow! Yay!

It's a Monday, and there's no school! Yes. I plan to catch up on my schoolwork, which I hope I'll have the strength to get to soon.

I got my test results, and they weren't as bad as I thought they would be, but I know I could've done better.

CLE - 96%
Filipino - 92%
Social Studies - 100%
Reading - 92%
Language - 98%
Science - 93%
Math - 98%

I'm pretty proud of my Social Studies grade, that's normally one of my worst subjects. Math was... okay, but I really wanted to get perfect. Maybe next trimester. The Science, Reading, and Filipino grades are beyond embarassing, and I honestly expected better. The only good thing that can be said for it is that the rest of the top-notchers got as low as I did. Language was okay, and so was CLE (which, if you didn't know, stands for Christian Living Education, so it's basically religion. ).

I swear I'll focus more.

In other news...

Peace Camp is approaching! We're going to Tagaytay, and spending the night as a school activity. 7th grade centers on peace-making and responsibility, so I guess we'll be learning more about that. I'm really, really excited.

Hm. What else? Oh, yes, Learning Fair! I know it sounds weird, an activity to help us learn about how to learn? But maybe it'll be worth something. My mom is totally active, so even if I didn't want to go, I'd have to. But at least my friends are coming. And, hey, maybe it'll be fun! I'm just excited for the raffle prizes, they're giving away 20 tickets to the Twilight movie, the whole hardbound Twilight saga (which I already have, but I'd like to replace my Twilight. It's getting ugly), a cellphone, an iPod, and some other stuff. My mom has been stressing about this for so long, so I'd like something good to come out of it.

There was also my first real session of badminton yesterday. Pretty fun, but, dammit, my legs and arms hurt. At least I'll stay fit!

Ooh, Friday was uber fun. Went to Rockwell, only the condo part, not the mall, and hung out with friends. We had fun being kids, and going back to preschool! Here's a pic;

Yes, we were the noisiest kids there. I won't tell you which girl I am. You guys guess. It's bad enough that I'm showing you my school uniform!

Ooh, so excited for tomorrow! Another episode of Prison Break to keep me sane!
