In a way, it'll be a good thing that you get a wii later, because there'll be a lot more good games to get.

Right now, it's just zelda for me. Monkey ball might be good, and Red Steel looked promising, but I'll give it a miss now that the reviews seem to slate it.

Do you think the Wii controls for Zelda are enough reason to get it for the Wii instead of the Cube?

Haven't played the cube version, so don't really know.

Comparing zelda TP to windwaker though, I miss not having full 3D control of the camera, but the TP camera works fine.

Swinging the controller was a bit annoying at first, but I've got used to it. It's probably as good as pressing a button on the GC controller.

The true advantage is projectile stuff like firing a bow .. the wiimote is great for that IMO. And fishing ofc.

Widescreen etc doesn't really bother me .. depends on if that matters a lot to you.

I prefer wii gameplay to windwaker's overall, but it might not be a good enough reason to get a wii if you're too unsure, because the GC controls will be fine.
