Well i just got photoshop and i made a sig which i dont really like cause of how weird and ugly it looks so im gonna make another and see how that one turns out but for now heres the one i just made 
I also made a banner but its not for me i made it for my cousin and i made this one a lot quicker than the sig i made and here it is =D
