It pains me to say this...but I've been playing videogames far too much lately.  You would think a second year college student wouldn't care but all of my grades are stuck at C's right now....EVERY SINGLE CLASS.  I hit this videogame binge a couple days ago upon picking up oblivion...beat that in 2 days (main quest and faction quests), then I got 2 more games and beat Call of Duty 3 in 1 day (still have online stuff to unlock), and am working away at THP8.

But honestly I've found myself sitting in my room bored out of my mind with playing videogames all day.  I need to get out and actually do stuff to better my future.  2 programming assignments due for CSA283 (networking) and I got Cs on them.  a D on my first Botany exam, a C on my CSA385 (Database Systems) assignment...it's just bugging me.  So I won't be playing games for a while...and if i do it's only because I'm stuck on my homework.

Have any of you come across this problems upon reflecting on your own lives?

The fact that you are aware of your problem is a big step, just don't try to stop entirely cause that will never work, try to cut off like 1 hour everyday until you feel like you have enough for studying and get your grades back up, good luck ^^
