I recently sat home and began switching through the channels and i came across a commercial for Into the West. Of course to get my attention (and the other millions of viewers), they made sure to mention in the commercial that the series was produced be Steven Spielberg. After I saw Steven attached to the project, I knew for a fact it was going to be good, because when I think of Steven Spielberg I think of; The Color Purple, Saving Private Ryan, and Schindler's List. Of course I knew it could not be as good as those movies, but I decided to spend the full two hours of the pilot episode watching it. I was worth every minute. Of course the show has its flaws and misconceptions, but it was great to watch. It felt like watching a movie because of the excellent way it was directed, produced, and shot. the acting was great and the relationships in the show (for example between the brothers) was real. It was not the usual love love fest, but a true portrait of how real relationships are.
Some people just don't have opinions. Like agfballet07.
agfballet07 must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could agfballet07 possibly have for not rating a single film?
