There are many ways to level up. First and this is the easiest way - visit tv.com every day. However, make sure that you're signed in. Also, reading news and updates also helps.

Then there're forum posts. This is really really slow unless you can post 100+ messages everyday. Commenting on other user's blogs also falls under this, I guess...

Create more blogs. Now for the higher-ranked activities...

Write reviews. This is crucial before level 2/3. After you've reached a certain level (2 or 3) you can start contributing. Stuff like episode trivia, quotes and allusions, even episode recaps. Trust me - these things will really bring your level up. I have a friend who only write reviews and now he's level 20+!
