Ok today I got a message from a moderator that I had violated tv.com's terms of service for SPAM or Advertising. The funny thing is that I have barely even posted this week. Maybe three or four posts. I also didn't post much last week. So why would I get this violation when I have done nothing wrong? I also havn't advertised anything at all...

Now thats truly bad and I'm sorry to hear that. What you can do is check your TOS in your setting, it should show you just what you have posted that got you that.

Yup!! You shoudl check your moderation history as NYC said. Maybe is something you posted while ago. Reading the TOS too might help... Its incredible how alot of things should get us a TOS violation but is rarely reported

Ok, I found out why I got that violation. It is because I said "NO" to someones oppionion on a subject. What I am wondering is how is that SPAM or or advertising?

That stinks that they were to prideful to let you voice your information. At least they found out they were wrong.
