GAMES: GameSpot GameFAQs MOVIES: Metacritic Movietome Comic-Con

Hello and welcome to my first blog.  Glad you could join me.  This post is dedicated to the Newsradio, and why the show is incredible.  I've just recently finished my Season 1 and 2 DVD's released roughly this time last year.  Granted the show is old, so some of the humor
is outdated due to this fact, i.e. wisecracks about this newfangled
thing called 'the internets', which is sometimes awkward.  Despite, the show definately ranks up there with Seinfeld for the comedy greats, and had
Phil Hartman not been tragically murdered, this show would have done even more fabled and wondrous things.

So in effect the show is awesome. For those that haven't seen it, basically it revolves around a mid
or early 90's radio station, and the crazy antics of it's employees. The
humor is top-notch, Phil Hartman is simply amazing, and you get to see the likes of a young, verile
Andy Dick as well as a feisty, pre-Fear Factor Joe Rogan.
The Boss (don't know his name but he was the sleazy record exec boss in
that movie Just Friends, as well as the stapler dude from Office Space), is also extremely funny and random in his own
right. Onscreen chemistry between the radio station employees is always
solid, and you definately get into each character's individual personalities and
quirks. So I leave you with that--now go-- watch,
love, believe. Season 3 is also out now and if I'm not mistaken Season 4 is coming shortly, both of which I will be purchasing, why I haven't gotten off my arse to pick up Season 3 yet I have no answer for.

End transmission.
