Hey old GS friends, How have you been? I hope very well in my lack of activity. Ill just say that i had to leave for awhile because of life reasons by now I'm back for the most part. Ive been to some of your blogs but I'm a bit disappointed to see that a lot of my other friends havent returned yet if they are going to at all
Well anyways onto what I have done in my time of absence.
Gaming news: I purchased, played, and beat Disgeaa 3, Mass Effect and star ocean 4. Disgaea like its prequels was good as far as gameplay goes but as for storyline it was one of the worst
i was shocked at how bad it was, I hope the next disgaea will be much better in story then this one
Mass effect was recommended by a friend here at gs. I don't remember who told me to get it but I'm glad i did. It was surprisingly good despite it not being in a genre i usually would play. Now Star Ocean was just far out outrages. and by that i mean absolutely horrible. I don't know what happened but it was full of cliches and stereotypes. I was disappointed at how generic the whole game was. If any of you have played any of these games, feedback on the games would be great.

Now my best purchase of this month would have to be RE5, man i loved this game. It was so great i made a review of it, read it if you get the chance.
Rant: "The pursuit of perfection" the word perfection is an odd one, seemingly its a paradox of itself that everyone wishes to obtain. What is it in that word we wish to achieve? The word exist ironically enough but nothing has ever reached that status, its a word of little meaning. When ever we are doing something that we really enjoy or love to do a common saying is risen, we want to perfect this or that but how can we do such a thing when it is impossible. My guess on this is that the only perfection achievable in this world is the perfection of imperfection.
I know a really random rant, i felt like putting in a tongue twister to get my mind moving again, bored of course![]()
Zen quote: "Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter, as do these seasons repeat, so do our actions"
Thanks for reading![]()

I've been busy purchasing games my self, I've bought 10 games alone this month. I won't mention them unless your interested.
RE5 was sold out when I went there to try to buy it. It's gonna be awhile before I can buy another game, so I hope that it will be that one when I do buy one.
Grats on the games
Nice review

*head asplodes*
Lol i got a bit confused in some parts of that rant...but thats normal because English isnt my mother language so...
I guess this year, there will only be summer and winter...rly sometimes its raining and freezing, and sometimes its hot like hell
I'm not sure who suggested ME to you either, but I'm glad you liked it, that is one of my favorites. I recommended your RE5 review, I can't wait to find a friend to play through the co-op in that game. Haha, that is quite the random quote. I believe that one doesn't need to achieve perfection. As long as one is constantly striving to improve themselves, they will achieve their goals
@Star-Killer : Thanks and i agree, both games were pretty good in my opinion and come to think of it, i think it was you who recommend Mass Effect to me so thanks for thats aswell.
@Thug2Wasteland : lol, everything will work out Thug
@Ani_manga200 : I was just as surprised as you are, i didnt expect it to turn out like that when Star Ocean 3 was so good
@Primo295 : Thanks and i will, Im now playing RE5 on veteran mode
@Darth-Caedus : Thanks 3x
@Colmillios : I know you will enjoy RE5, full of action and drama, short though sadly enough
@murat8 : if so i hope that day is very soon, if you arent to sure you could just rent it and save alot of money, its not that long of a game, you should be able to beat it in 2-3 sit downs
@Maikedi : Thank you, dont worry though, even if english isnt your first language im sure others here in my blog didnt completely get it
@DraconigenaDeus : Holy crap its Jeff
I was quite surprised at how much i really Enjoyed Mass Effect. I really didnt think i would like it but it was only 7 dollars so i didnt have much to lose. hey if you need someone to play RE5 with on the PS3 i would be glad to help
Perfection really is a pardox. Sometimes I've been a perfectionist myself, but after I finish doing something, I realize it's never going to be of a perfect quality. I guess we all get carried away soemtimes!
@Zeromus1337 : Nice to hear from you again Zero, It wont be much longer until you beat mass Effect either. Its a good game but it doesnt take too long to finish even with sidequest. I was quite the opposite then, I never tried to be perfect at anything, I usually do the bare minimal required and nothing more unless its something i really enjoy doing like gaming
I have never played a Disggea game in my life. I've heard about them a lot though. Same goes for the Star Ocean games. I hear good things from the ones that were on the Sega. Mass Effect...I didn't like. My brother really liked it, but I have tried on multiple occasions to sit down and play the game but I just can't get into the story. There's a bit too much talking in that game for me as well.
Without sounding negative, I did beat and really like Resident Evil 5. I think Game Spot gave it a fair score. It was fun, but I wish they would have modernized the control scheme. Those games have been drifting toward Action-Horror ever since the 4th one came out and the limitations they put on your character seem a bit ridiculous at this point. The next one will probably be much more like Gears of War-like.
My brother, on the other hand, didn't share my liking of the game though...cause he sold it for GTA: Chinatown Wars. Which is a good game too, but I think I enjoyed RE5 more. Guess I'll borrow it from a friend then.
Nice to hear from you after so long, man.
The disgaea series has always had a great battle system but as for story, never has it taken too much of a serious approach. I dont know if you wold like the series but hey i guess it couldnt hurt to try it. I have only played Star Ocean 3 before the fourth which was way better in my opinion. They did talk alot in Mass Effect
Really, i rather enjoyed the controls the way they were, it added to the pace of the game. I wouldnt be surprise though if they did change the controls around for the next installment. As much as i wanted to play chinatown, i cannot for the simple fact of me not having a DS so ill just take your word for it.
Nice hearing from an old friend as well, Nagaki-kun
battle......? for it to be a battle, you would have had to be close to my level of skill
My brain is rattling from that rant dude
Legend002: So you have returned, or maybe to be more exact, momentarily. I have also been having trouble sticking around
nice to see all of you again if any of you happen to read this message.
