As it probably isn't a surprise to many of you, I am still feeling a bit sore after my workout. You know, I can write down all I want to do and hope for myself, but if my body can't do as much as I would like to, what can I do?

Easier said than done folks.

So I'll start doing more working out when I feel no soreness at all. Eventually I'll get strong enough where it won't make me sore anymore, and then I can do a little bit more, and just start building on that. Schedules don't work if your body/mind isn't prepared for what's ahead. I'm taking little steps at a time to make myself stronger, but one day I'll get to my goal. I just have to keep raising the bar little by little.

It's not that bad of a sore, like I can stretch, do normal activities, but I feel a bit sore doing it, and I got sore when trying to do a push-up. I'll work out when I feel strong enough to do all of it, because I'm not a quitter.

Keep it up. Let us know how you're progressing. Rest is a good thing, when starting a new workout program.
